Sailed on a 5 day NCL cruise from NY to Bermuda. This was my 6th NCL cruise and definitely enjoy the NCL freestyle experience. This cruise was no different. As always with NCL we received the free at sea promotion and definitely took advantage of the drink package throughout. We love NCL; this was our fourth cruise with them. Started with a weather issue and Bermuda drop as a port; we did not find this out until we were in the check-in line. My traveling companions and I stayed in 2 room balcony suites at the front of the ship. The cabins were spacious and well equipped. We had excellent service from our steward and butler. My only disappointment with the ship was that it was not always easy to find areas to relax. When we were looking for areas to lounge with a drink, we often had to wander around the ship to find open spaces. ...

First of all- this site is FULL of complainers. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. 4.5 review for us. We loved our experience on this ship! We don’t expect 100% perfection. Chose this cruise because of the itinerary and price. We found the overall ship to be in good shape and clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful. This was my second cruise ever so I can't complain about the layout of the ship like everyone else. It was a little confusing to figure out where anything was but that added to the adventure I suppose. Overall, I really enjoyed my second cruise with NCL.
