Hours in line in the hot sun waiting to get on the ship without any communication from NCL was an unacceptable condition. For a ship refurbished in 2016, the cruise line needs to take a better look at this ship. We noticed rotted wood around the floor drain in the pool area and the cover wasn’t even on it. Embarkation and disembarkation was a nightmare but I believe that's Tampa's issue and didn't let it jade my view of the cruise itself.
We loved the pool area by day. Not so loud, noisy or crude as Carnival and we spend many days there with other regulars. The pool is a good size with 4 hot tubs. Lots of waiters and access to food.
Dinner options are plentiful but I think NCL is missing ...

We chose this cruise as it went to the western Caribean- Costa Maya, Roatan & Cozumel.
The food was excellent.. the service was very good....the cabin cleaned and straightened twice a day.
The entertainment was good with dancer/singers, comedian, Cirque-like show and a magician.
Its a relatively small ship so its much better to manouevre and less people on board.
