We chose this cruise because we have sailed with Norwegian before. Room Stewart was not very attentive. Will not sail this ship again. The ship gave out of ultra beer or if you tipped they would find you one. When itineraries changed took half the day to get you the changes to your cabin. The ports of call were tourist traps. Belize was NOT a good port, as it was a small area of shops and a pool built for NCL to dump off the passengers. It is not anywhere near the "real" Belize. Started our week long cruise by standing in line, on the street, next to operating trolley cars, for 3 hours!!! Nowhere to sit, no explanation by NCL staff. Hundreds and hundreds of people. We were slotted to board at 12:30. After 3pm by the time we boarded. No apologies.

The food doesn't change, and the dishes served are butchered horribly. The tip is forced onto you no matter what. Maybe instead of putting the responsibility of sustaining the staff financially on the customers, the NCL could actually pay their employees. I won this cruise but paid to upgrade to balcony. I hope this is not the norm w/ Norwegian. The staff is not organized and not helpful. Staff simply showed no effort or attentiveness to make the passenger expierence enjoyable
Specifically the entertainment staff and shore excursion staff
The specialty restaurants were nice, food good but expensive and noisy.
