Despite my reservations from reading the reviews, I really like the ship though there are some annoying things….especially for the visually impaired: the clues and sounds are too subtle..like identifying which elevator has arrived. Just finished up a 11 day Med cruise on the Prima. We stayed in the Haven and the experience was truly exceptional. The staff was the best and the ship nearly flawless. The suite was amazing and spacious. Two bedrooms both with bathrooms. It was perfect for our family. My daughter was always excited to see what treat would be in our room each afternoon. The itinerary was excellent, although we won't ever embark/disembark from Marseille again thanks to their brutal taxation. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout the ship. We chose this ship because it introduces a new design concept.
