The worst cruise ever!!. This was our 4th cruise, 1st and last with Norwegian. Most services were poor/terrible. Very expensive compare with the poor service given in return. Cabin small, toilet smaller than an airplane toilet and smelly, smell like sewerage Food: tasteless, nil variety menu, unless you pay for the expensive options Internet: extremely expensive compare to other ...

Loved the intiniary going to columbia, peru and Chile . My husband had hurt his ankle and needed a wheelchair at embarking we waited 6 hours with other handicap and no wheel chairs came. One 95 year old was carried on by a family member. Food in dinning room was cold, many tasteless and service was to long. We missed four 7:30 shows even though we got to dinning room at 5. We asked for ...

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Norwegian Bliss

This was a 21 day cruise on the Norwegian Bliss, that was very disappointing. We have cruised a number of other lines before, this was our first on Norwegian. We were excited to go thru the Panama Canal, and the stops were all good, what we expected. Careful with the excursions they provide, a number of them are just shopping stops, that you pay good money for. Our problems were mostly with ...

Friends were going on this cruise and I wanted to see the Panama Canal. It was a three week cruise and we were looking forward to a memorable trip with friends. The Cabin was nice except for the bed. The Platform bed was very poor. You could feel the woven platform when you laid on the mattress. The steward had to install a bed board and mattress topper before the mattress was tolerable, not ...

From transfer: the transfer bus is not ready, guests have to wait 4 hours at LAX. Embarkation: staff make sure my credit card is right, then we double check the Help Desk on ship, at the end of CRuise (21 days), they mixed up my charge account. Mini Suite Room Design and Cleaning: we paid pricey for this MA class room 9 months before cruising, the design of room layout is not easy to move ...

I am rewriting this review to insure that unsuspecting customer read an accurate accounting of our experience with Norwegian Cruise Lines. We all expect that such an adventure will not be “perfect” but seriously this company is the worst. With 20 cruises under our belts with Princess and Celebrity we were lured away by the enticing itinerary. Check in was pretty much the same old thing although ...

NEVER AGAIN ON NCL!!! Wanted to do Panama Canal so decided to do this one. The cruise before had 80 illnesses and no one contacted us to inform us of the issue. We were not able to board ship until late afternoon and once on board could not get to cabin. Had to wait to be served any food or water the whole time on ship. We could not use the library until the last 3 days of 16 day cruise, ...

The nightmare holiday aboard the Norwegian sun

Review for a South America Cruise on Norwegian Sun

I thought the cruise ship itself was a disappointment from start to finish. I went on this holiday with my mum and dad who were also appalled with the ship. Boarding the ship we were never told about the previous sickness that they had had on board so as you can imagine it was horrific, floors 6 and 7 stank of sick and the food was horrible - I and my parents hardly ate. If we had been told ...

Worst Cruise Line Ever

1st This is too small an area to list the problems we encounterd on the ship. The biggest being the noise levels due to ship refitting being done while we were cruising. DB levels were off the charts very annoying in lounge areas (when raining and no other place to hang out) and pool side. Tea was store bought tea Lipton (sorry Lipton Fans) - why not then also use store bought ...
