I've been on the Sun now 4 times. I must say I believe that this is my favorite ship in the NCL fleet. I must say that the recent refurbishment has been a real plus. The color schemes are really great.
This ship has plenty to do, but it's not like the mega ships. Being the smallest in the fleet it can't offer all the choices. I find it a ship where you can chill out and relax.

It seemed obvious early in the cruise that there were a lot of people interested in trivia. It seemed that they adjusted the schedule to add more trivia and moved it to a bigger venue to accommodate the crowds. Well done!

Wife and I had previously sailed on Pearl about 8 years ago and loved the ship. Found it just as nice now, if not better. After cruising on the ncl pride of America in Hawaii I said I would never use nick again. On that cruise I felt the staff thought we were doing them a favor. I have cruised with Norwegian in the past.
I like their "Freestyle" format. There is no set dining time, but you may make reservations for most of the restaurants. The buffets are more than enough to keep you satisfied, but the "Pub" and dining halls are complementary and a nice change.
