Ship was over 4 hours late departing. Check in was a disaster, took 3 hours of waiting in lines to board the boat. Also, parking was $315 for the week. Food is beyond terrible. Received a text while already in nyc saying there was a technical error with the ship preventing the prior cruise from getting to port on-time. My 10am check in was changed to 3-6pm.
