We had booked the Greek Isles for October 2020, but Covid intervened, and the cruise was cancelled. We rebooked for May 2022, and all was a go. Embarkation was very easy because we had Covid tests before travelling to Rome. Better to have the test and not need it than the reverse. The Escape was launched in 2015 and normally carries about 4500 passengers. Due to COVID and maybe passenger hesitancy, the ship sailed with about 1500 passengers.
