I have cruised NCL many times and have been on the Jade before. Things have changed with this cruise line. Customer service was not good. Could not get a water bottle or even a pad of paper and pen for the room. Was told this was only available for full suites and above, we had a balcony suite. The Epic is by far the worst ship in the Norwegian line. This cruise it was loaded down with about 4300 passengers. I was totally incapable of accommodating this number of passengers. The lines were endless and everywhere. A number of things did not work. Average wait time for a drink on the pool deck 20 minutes. Finding a chair impossible.
