Recently sailed to Key West and Bahamas and loved the ship experience.
Ship was clean, staff was friendly, entertainment was good. Dining was well above average; for-fee dining was superb, included dining was pretty good!
Service on the ship and upkeep was excellent. Seems like the maintenance staff was always repainting and the ship was updated and in good condition.

I wanted to try Norwegian.
I have been on several cruises with Carnival and Royal Caribbean and MSC. The food in the buffet was terrible. The hallway to the cabins smelled terrible. The staff was rude and the casino cheated my husband out of $3500.00.

Obviously, we intended to go to Cuba, but...well, that didn't happen.

Older ship but well appointed. Some nicer underused areas to escape from crowds. Took our 7 month old and 7 year old. We had a mini suite with balcony which was good for us and 2 kids, the bigger bathroom helped.
Like how they made drinks available since it was all inclusive, not big lines to get a drink. Included dining felt good compared to other cruise lines.

This particular cruise that we took was a re-route from Cuba. The price was good and I wanted to see Freeport which I hadnt seen in years. This was by far the worst cruise I’ve ever been on. At the terminal the guest representative was handicapped deaf and could not hear or speak understandably.

The food was bad, the waiter was good but there seemed to be no excitement from the staff. The freestyle meals are cold and not friendly.
