We booked the Epic with friends to celebrate a retirement and I must say we did this. We are NCL diehards but the Epic was a fail. Customer service at the Guest Services desk and the Excursion desk was marginal at best. Interest in serving the customer was over powered with "That is not our area, you need to go talk to". This is not a pretty or attractive ship. The casino is right in the middle where you have to walk past to navigate the ship. The ship is poorly designed, noisy and, unfortunately, NCL continues to disappoint in meal quality and wants additional charges for what is standard quality elsewhere. The ship was over crowded, not many places to sit on deck. The pool was too small for over 4000 guests.

Where to even begin....
We had a large group of 16. When booking that many, there are perk and discounts. We were supposed to get money back because everyone initially over-payed. It took months to get the refund from the time they stated it was "taken care of" by NCL. Some of the couples that went still have not received their refund.
