This was our 21st NCL for us and 23rd cruise all together, so I would say we have a bit of cruising experience with NCL. I first want to talk loyalty. Yes, we are loyal NCL cruisers. Yes, we are Sapphire. We are also loyal to Marriot and American Airlines. I have the Starbucks app, as well as Dunkin Donuts.

Great cruise on the Escape! Stayed on the 10th Deck in Cabin 10810
Crew is always friendly and caters to our needs especially our cabin stewardess, Queen. Our cabin had tons of storage for our clothes, suitcases, toiletries, etc.

Wife and I cruised on the Norwegian Escape in late November 2022 to the eastern Caribbean. We are in our 60s and this was our 32nd cruise and 8th on Norwegian. We chose this cruise due to a different destination, Dominican Republic (Puerto Plata), and to try out the Haven on the Escape. Overall we enjoyed the cruise although we prefer cruises to Europe and the Pacific.

We were looking for a ship with a thermal spa. Wound up with a Haven Spa suite on the Escape. We can't say enough about the elevated level of service. From the avoidance of the long lines to board the ship to the personal butler service that attended to all our needs.
