We chose this for the length, date, and the offer of free air. In addition, it gave us an opportunity to try out the Haven as we normally sail on the smaller ships. The ship is pretty small, but I actually enjoyed that. It allowed for closer friendships. However, I found the service very poor. I was routinely ignored at the bars and the sports bar, there’s no towel animals, the ship lost a bag and sent guests a note asking guests to look for it, activities routinely started late.
