This was my 5th Norwegian Cruise, previous 4 were on other ships. The Sun was disappointing; service and amenities were below what I enjoyed on other Norwegian ships. I was in a suite which has always included water and liquor in the room, but not on the Sun! Had to pay extra for bottled water.
Many of the bars were never opened. So, yes, they claim unlimited drinks, but hard time finding ...

We have sailed with Norwegian twice before on the Pearl and the Spirit and enjoyed both. The Epic was a huge disappointment. We wanted to experience a larger ship but will not make that choice again. A transatlantic cruise is on my husband’s bucket list and this timeframe and ports worked for us.

Chose this cruise for a five year couples trip. Got the "included" unlimited drink package in the cruise fare. (The one that doesn't include bottled water or coffee by the way-- absurd). This was the worst cruise we have ever taken, to many people on this ship and not enough staff. It would take over 30 minutes to get a drink at any of the bars on the ship.
