They need to continue to market the beauty of the ship, because that's all they have. The ship entertainment is horrifically bad. By far the worst cruise I've been on. The cruise director and his staff were incredibly terrible. This cruise for the money was awesome for a 10 day cruise in a balcony room we spent $3,200 this included drinks, gratuities, 3 specialty meals, & limited Wifi. There are "hidden" fees of $20 per person per day for a room clean but we were aware of this before hand and factored it into our budget. It was horrible and a total waste of money.
I would honestly say 50% of the cruise passengers were sick with RSV,Covid and other ailments. Not one mention from Norwegian what to do if you were sick and they made no precautions to keep us healthy.
