We arrived early into Panama City airport, and the transport started with an impromptu tour of Panama City and a pit stop for breakfast as we couldn't arrive in Colon before 11. The ride to Colon was purely functional, and we didn't view much that was photo worthy. Embarkation felt like sort of a mess in Colon, and it was a relief to finally get on the ship.

We recently completed a 15 day Panama Canal crossing trip on the NCL Bliss. Overall, this cruise was an excellent and enjoyable experience. That said, some improvements could be made:

Booked to experience Panamá Canal and Costa Rica, unfortunately CR was taken off itinerary and replaced with Acapulco (not a fair trade off) PC was very interesting and a knowledgeable local guide gave interesting commentary.

The Travelers: Early 50's empty nesters. This was our fifth cruise, third with NCL, and the second time we’ve cruised without the kids. We always wanted to cruise the Panamá Canal and for $1400.00 each for 15 days plus $150.00 onboard credit was very good value for a stateroom with a balcony. It was from Miami to Los Angelos.
