Think about the food this way: You will enjoy it if you liked what they served in your high school cafeteria! We did not enjoy the specialty restaurants either (we did Le Bistro and the “Brazilian Steakhouse”). The main dining room was only OK on a couple of nights. The Chin-Chin restaurant was horrible. We had last cruised NCL in Fall 2022 on back-to-back cruises on Prima and Breakaway. So when we felt like another cruise, kept it simple and cheap with this respositioning cruise. The Norwegian Bliss is seemingly a fun ship, especially with young children in mind. Lots of outdoor playing opportunities like the Speedway, Water slides etc. Plenty of eating venues, both specialty dining and casual dining. Foods are good and have good varieties. The casinos were well run. And the entertainment was good too! And we feel pretty safe to travel with NCL!

Why chose this cruise because the repositioning option was very reasonable and gave us a chance to see Victoria and Vancouver. The food on the cruise was amazing. We are in the complimentary restaurants only. The Manhattan Room had great food and a beautiful view. Had the front Corner Suite. Buttler service. Food was top notch. Lovely experience.
Ncl encore was clean modern. The art is very well though of. The colors are well selected. This line is going more premium. Very technological. Service was fast. Quality in all was assured. The show Choir of man was great. Broadway level quality.
