Venice to Santorini and back !
"We booked this cruise for a quick spring break but after reading a few reviews and the recent aizipod problems the ship had had we were a little bit worried to say the least. So we set off along with two other..."Read More

I chose this cruise because my family and some friends were going on a reunion. The cruise was simply amazing. The staff was friendly and professional and they always followed up with our requests. Our stateroom housekeepers always kept our room clean and provided soap and other items when I asked for them. The food and services were excellent. My family and I always ate our meals in the buffet or ...

I had never been on a cruise and I wanted to get that experience under my belt. When my daughter took a first cruise to the Mediterranean with friends, I decided I would book a cruise. Visiting Venice had also been on my list of things to do and this cruise helped me kill 2 birds with one stone. My DH, our son and his girlfriend completed the group. Getting on was a breeze because we waited ...

We decided on this cruise for our honeymoon and loved it. This was our first cruise and first time to Europe, so nothing to compare too, other than our south all inclusive trips. We had an ocean view picture window room number 5616, we thought it was great location, midship, 2 doors down from stairs and elevator, we weren’t sure about high traffic area, but didn’t hear anything, and getting off ...

We decoded on this cruise line because of the relaxed dinning and itinerary. We stayed in Venice for 2 days prior to catching the cruise, we stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn on the Maestre, very expensive hotel. The bus from hotel to Venice island was 3 euros return pp. very well worth it, my husband and I explored the whole island over the two days, we found amazing little quirky cafes in the side ...

NCL doesn’t disappoint!

The NCL experience is why we keep coming back. The Greek Isles Cruise out of Venice did not disappoint. Although we had to skip the Montenegro port (due to the changes in Venice port), the remainder of the ports were amazing. There were NCL tours for all ages and abilities. Venture through Kings Landing fed our Game of Thrones fix. The Greece tours Best of Corfu, Greek Style Celebration - ...

We selected this cruise based on itinerary and no at sea days and were not disappointed. Our experience may differ from others as we stayed in a Suite and had the luxury of priority embarking and disembarking at every port - this alone was worth the extra $$. In the hot sun having a Butler escort you to the front of the line was slightly embarrassing but equally appreciated. We stayed in a ...

Amazing Journey Through The Adriatic and Ionian Seas

This was our first time on Norwegian and we had an excellent time overall. The Star is a midsized ship that was refurbished and overall it was good. It lacks many of the features of the larger and newer ships that we've been on (no water slides, rock wall, zip line, etc), but we knew that and it wasn't a problem because this was a busy cruise with stops every day. The food was very good. ...

Our cruising buddies decided to Greece and asked us to go along - it ended up being 4 mature (well maybe not so mature) couples. We all flew into Venice a couple of days early to enjoy this amazing city. We stayed at a little hotel about 1 mile away from San Marcos Square - a nice, quiet place - but it was a little far to walk to meet our friends. Our friends stayed at a hotel right around the ...

I chose this cruise for the itinerary. Santorini has been on my bucket list for a while. We have never been to Europe before so I don't know how these ports compare but we absolutely loved it. We traveled from the U.S. as a couple. We went a couple of days early to explore Venice. Walked on foot the entire area and took a gondola ride....cheesy maybe, but sure saw some beautiful sights doing it. ...
