We chose this cruise as we’ve always wanted to see the Mediterranean. We arrived in Rome a day early and stayed near the Trevi Fountain. Embarking was quick and easy in Civitavecchia and disembarking in Athens allowed us to see a number of ports.

This was the third time I cruised with NCL, and it was really nice as always!
The Norwegian Star is a bit older but they renovated it last year, which was done in an amazing way. You could barely tell it was an older ship.

This was our first family cruise with the two kids and didn't really know what to expect. If you want formality, sophistication, all the modern facilities and total luxury then this isn't for you. Luckily we wanted a nice atmosphere, lots of choice on where to eat/drink, a great set of stops and entertainment for the kids.....all which were delivered.

We did Mediterranean cruise, out of Venice. Embarkment was smooth and luggage arrived quickly. Our room was lovely and clean. We were midship with obstructed view window.
