My husband and I booked this cruise nearly 2 years ago for my 60th Birthday, we booked a club balcony suite on Deck 11, which at the time of booking had a bathtub. Sadly, due to refurbishment, on sail date it had only a shower (which I hate).

We always wanted to cruise Panama Canal and were excited about the itenerary. We are long time NCL cruisers but oir experience fell below our seasoned expectations. We have always loved NCL.
The ship was recently renovated and we miss the wine bar. Decor is nice.

This cruise itinerary was excellent. Our cabin steward, Mr Rivera, was very accommodating with our schedule and very helpful. we discovered that a couple of things were not working in the cabin. We told him the same day we sailed from Miami and the issues were taken care that same night.

We selected this cruise to celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary and wanted to make it truly special. NCL came through on all fronts. The new Miami Port is spectacular and we were welcomed like royalty. There were plenty of food options from main dining to a pub to Asian fusion to specialty dining. We booked a cruise with NCL, also paid for them to book our flights, and paid for transport to and from the airport to ship. Our paperwork from NCL stated to fly from American Airlines. When in reality the airlines subcontracted it out to another airline .5 miles away! Total screw-up on NCL end! Cruse was ok, though the hot tub was only 98 degrees.
