"So my overall opinion is that if you want a cruise, with Norwegian that just what you get but don't expect anything more than that.Overall
The product they offer has been stripped so far back there's nothing left, no chocolates on the pillow, no towel animals, no fizzy wine handed on arrival, no welcome back to the ship at the port, just no attention to detail, no sophistication or class...."Read More

We recently travelled with NCL, prior the cruise I called three different times to cofirm if we needed an PCR test, every time, even a week before the crusie, we were advise yes and this needed to be within 72 hours before sailing. I board a professional lab to do this for us. Basically I wanted it doinf professionally as I did not want it getting lost in the post, or us not doing it right. ...
We loved the Jade and the cruise. We sailed on the Jade years ago before it was redesigned. The Jade’s balcony staterooms are much better, having larger bathrooms and slightly smaller closets. Bathrooms have a sliding door for the toilet. Loved the stateroom design.
NCL figured out how to keep passengers safe during COVID. We were tested before being allowed to board, were tested multiple ...
This was our first trip to Greece. We have done other NCL cruise in the past.
One of the most noticeable first thing was the Cruise was not completely full. There was probably more staff than the actual guests. Which was great! We had their personal attention all the time.
Only one problem for me to not give 5-stars. We had a special dietary need requested but they failed miserably to make ...
Itinerary: Most of the main Islands in Greece or popular with tourists. Crete and Korfu were interesting new places
Ship: Nice cabins, by the end of the cruise the windows were crusted and couldn't see through. They need to clean
Food: Typical cruise ship food. Many items not as good as you can make at home. Example: carnitas tostada appetizer - 3 dorito chips with beans and very little ...
Norwegian are supposedly making a Covid comeback and I have just returned from a week on the Norwegian Jade from Athens. Norwegian was always one of my favourite cruise lines and i have sailed on the Norwegian Jade many times previously however, this time i think the word Jade was appropriate as it was all a bit jaded. Whilst i mention things that have been long gone and stripped out the product ...
We just returned from a 7 day cruise of the Greek isles on Norwegian Jade. Overall it was a excellent cruise.
The Covid protocols were relatively easy. You get tested for Covid before boarding (results in 20 minutes) and tested again the last evening of the cruise. The crew were excellent and very happy to be working again. They said this was only the second cruise since they re-started. ...
We chose this cruise for the itinerary. Cruise was very port intensive. We did get tired toward the end of the cruise and wish we had picked one day to stay on the ship and rest up. Trouble was we did not know which port to skip and did not want to miss an opportunity to see all of the islands.
COVID protocols did bring down the experience and lessened the enjoyment. No self serve buffet, ...
We chose this cruise because it fit to our availability and because we liked the extraordinary itinerary with lots of highlights.
We knew this ship from a previous cruise. The ship is huge but not as huge as other ships. Entertainment is perfect and above the average. Free dining options are very good, especially in the a-la-carte Grand Pacific restaurant. Special dietary needs are perfectly ...
We chose this cruise as an experience of a lifetime. To see places such as Petra and the Suez Canal. We have traveled extensively over our life time. Our previous cruises were fantastic and we decided to try a different cruise line and experience different countries by cruising. The first half of the cruise up until the end of the Suez Canal was as we expected. The shore excursions were very ...
We normally travel independently but this cruise was the cheapest way to get to Israel, Turkey, Jordan, Egypt and Dubai in one trip. We were prepared for some last minute changes but luckily we made it to all of the scheduled ports. The staff were great, always quick to provide help and say hello. My favourites were Rose Marie, the washy washy girl in the buffet, always smiling despite working ...
