Ship was 3 1/2 hours late boarding and departing. No explanation was given in the terminal. NCL didn't offer anything while thousands of people just stood around (no seating available). We love NCL , so always look for a 14 day cruise during the winter. Have cruised on many NCL ships and they keep getting better, some great additions not on the Breakaway, but love that ship also. Boarding and Disembarkment were chaotic, delayed 5 hours on departure, never notified to delay arrival, didn't get to room until 9PM, no food or drink until 6 PM and we were told to arrive at 10 AM!
