Logistics getting on and off the cruise, especially debarkation which was the worst of any of the 25 plus times we have cruised. We had the drink package which did not include water in the room or the self service wine bar in the buffet. The lines at the bar discouraged getting a drink. Drinks with meals were no problem. Only short cruse available to book at the time. Glad it was only 4 day. Made friends with some first time cruisers. ran into them later; talk about being disappointed. Told them not all cruise lines were like this. I'll start with the things I enjoyed about about the ship.
1) I enjoyed the drink package! But, sometimes the wait at the bars were crazy. It was tolerable but could have been better.

Have been cruising for over 25 years and love it. NCL's Epic was the most horrible cruise we have ever been on. Waitingfor 40 minutes to get seated at the Teppanyaki restaurant with a reservation. I will start by saying that our cabin steward BJ was amazing! We had a great view from our AFT balcony stateroom. But overall the communication on the ship was poor. Unless they were trying to sell you something. Here is a list of what we did not like.
1. To get a drink in many cases take 45 minutes or more. This was true all over the ship for the entire cruise.

We chose this cruise for the 2 ports in 4 days due to time constraints and to try one of NCL "larger ships" unfortunately the layout of the top deck (lido) is crammed, pools are small, the pool in the adult only did not even open on the sea day.
