This was the first experience on NCL and it will surely not be the last. From the check in to the disembark customer service was at the forefront. This was our 3rd sailing on the Epic and it ever disappoints. It is a big ol ship with lots of people on it, but we love it. We prefer this ship because there isn't a separate pool for kids.
