Logistics getting on and off the cruise, especially debarkation which was the worst of any of the 25 plus times we have cruised. We had the drink package which did not include water in the room or the self service wine bar in the buffet. The lines at the bar discouraged getting a drink. Drinks with meals were no problem. My husband and I picked this for our 2nd year wedding anniversary. While we overall still had a nice time, the staff really didn't seem to be able to keep up or pay attention to the guests.

I'll start with the things I enjoyed about about the ship.
1) I enjoyed the drink package! But, sometimes the wait at the bars were crazy. It was tolerable but could have been better.

I bought a full beverage package, but still had to pay for a bottle of water, ridiculous! Also carried on 2 bottles of my own wine, requiring a $15/bottle corkage fee especially when I'm also paying the full beverage package is larceny! Norwegian should be ashamed of this policy. We chose this cruise because it was scheduled for Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Cozumel and Great Stirrup Cay. Overall a very mediocre experience on a quick 3-day trip. I can honestly say that with the exception of the BBQ on the private Cay on day 2 every meal was just bad. Just really quite bad.
