Logistics getting on and off the cruise, especially debarkation which was the worst of any of the 25 plus times we have cruised. We had the drink package which did not include water in the room or the self service wine bar in the buffet. The lines at the bar discouraged getting a drink. Drinks with meals were no problem. I bought a full beverage package, but still had to pay for a bottle of water, ridiculous! Also carried on 2 bottles of my own wine, requiring a $15/bottle corkage fee especially when I'm also paying the full beverage package is larceny! Norwegian should be ashamed of this policy.
