This was our first cruise back after the Pandemic slowed down. Once we cleared the mandatory Covid test at the port we boarded quickly and with lots of well wishes from the staff we passed. Enjoyed this cruise, but there were some negatives which NCL need to take onboard.
Embarkation - we stayed overnight with NCL and got an organised bus to the terminal, which allowed us to skip the long lines outside. Inside was still a trial. NCL have outsourced to Intercruise, who don't appear to be geared-up to handle the known number of passengers.

Second time I cruised with Norwegian. My only three "real" complaints are : 1. the public rooms are very COLD. The Library felt like a meat locker. I think the cause is the staff is so "fully dressed." 2. We just got off the Dawn today. We were in cabin 10706 balcony cabin. It was a great room. Comfortable close to the aft elevators and very quiet. A lot of people said the crew was very unfriendly.
