Beautiful ship and excellent staff
"One thing I can't figure out is why the seating on most of the ship is so uncomfortable? The entertainment/shows were inadequate for the number of days we were on the cruise ship, but perhaps it cateredto the average age of the cruisers which was "senior" - never seen so many walkers and scooters!..."Read More

Loved the fact it was two weeks and at the time of year when we needed a break. Beautiful new ship. Observation Lounge was very spacious, maybe too spacious as itwas half empty a lot of the time. Food was okay but not great. Better on the Escape. Layout was good but prefer the Escape here as well. The entertainment/shows were inadequate for the number of days we were on the cruise ship, ...

Love NCL The silent disco, dance parties, entertainment and all the daily activities are so much fun. Silas the cruise director is the best. The food at Ocean Blue, Carney’s, LeBistro and LaCucina is delicious. The MDR’s are very good as well as the buffet. Everyone that works on the Bliss are so friendly and helpful. The go carts were fun and didn’t have a problem riding 2 different times. ...

Wonderful experience! My Mother and Father have taken both of my sister's families on cruises while I was the first born they decided I would be last for family vacation. I'm patient and that did seem fair. Then earlier in the year my Mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Terrible awful cancer that required immediate highly toxic chemo to be pumped into her 71 year old body every two weeks ...

Gorgeous ship

The ship was gorgeous. The Pro's Many things to love here. The food was phenomenal. And I loved the fact that most of it was casual, without the sometimes rigid seating arrangements and times I heard some cruise lines use. I was able to eat about anytime I cared to in the complimentary dining fares. The specialty dining was by reservation which I understood. All of which I thought were ...

I chose this cruise because of the Race track and lazer tag activities. However I found that the mini go Kart racing was harder than it looked...so i flunked racing...smile The ship was amazing very beautiful, the food was excellent...The entertainment was very good, service was very good. Balcony rooms very small going to the pool area was a disaster chairs so close you couldn't move ...

Had an awesome vacation on the Bliss. This is our 15th cruise and fourth Norwegian and have cruised with all the major cruise lines. We were on it the last week of march. The boat had lots of kids on board as it was still march break in many areas of the US. I would probably go on one of these ships at times when there would be fewer kids. The entertainment on this ship is top notch. We ...

Great spring break trip! Fun ship! Shows are awesome, food is great in dinnng room and in the specialty restaurants. We purchase the thermal Suite spa package and was worth the money! Enjoyed it so much. Kids has a great time, made friends on the first day and pretty much saw them a few times as they were always entertained! Ship is beautiful and easy to navigate. The views from the ...

Norwegian Bliss a Mix of Good and Bad

Review for Norwegian Bliss to Caribbean - Eastern

The Bliss is a newer ship, but the layout is not very efficient. The elevators take forever, especially going to and from Deck 16 where the buffet and pools are. Guest Services and the Shore Excursion Desk are located in the same area where bands play and where games are played, making it impossible to hear anything. The photo folks set up camp in the middle of aisles and staircases, making for ...

Last year as we were planning our cruise we were unsure about which cruise line/ship to choose. A friend told me about this new ship that Norwegian was sailing with a go cart track and laser tag. I started my research and was interested in so much more than go carts and lasers. I was impressed by the entertainment options, dining choices, and most importantly the itinerary offered. We made the ...

Great first solo cruise

I chose this cruise because of the solo option. It was really an experiment to see if I liked cruising solo. It was my 14th cruise, the first with Norwegian. I went to Miami the day before, coming from Tucson AZ. I stayed with family in Miami. The embarkation was very smooth, with good direction and functionality. It was odd exploring the ship by myself, but the staff were very helpful. ...
