This was my third cruise and first on Norwegian. I will never book this ship again and will be hesitant to use Norwegian in the future. The Good: Staff was friendly and attentive. I can barely think of positive things to say about this boat and staff. We were at 105% capacity. They could not handle the people THEY overbooked.
