We sailed on the Norwegian Joy March 30th 2024. Overall excellent cruise. The balcony room we had was very nice with the bed close to the sliding door to the balcony. All of the staff were excellent. My wife and I had an amazing time on board the Norwegian Joy. To start with, the workers at the pier were rude. The gentleman begged for a tip, and lied when he said he’d be bring our our suitcases to our room. When our bags did get to our room a big dent in one corner of my wife’s luggage. We just did our first cruise this past week. The food, services, cleanliness, and attendees were wonderful. The only thing that we did not appreciate is how their employees were being exploited. The food is just awful, no other way to describe. Tbe rice in the buffet put a whole new level of Al dente. Buffet is tge worst, hard to believe any chef would put that stuff out. This ship isn't meant for any bad weather. You feel EVERY wave and they often miss ports due to the inability to stabilize. Also, there are no adult only hot tubs so you better love sitting with kids packed in and splashing. The shows weren't worth the time. The comedian just complained about his ex wife at both shows.
