The Good: The Garden Cafe has real ice cream with a variety of toppings and Nutella crepes every day. There is also soft serve nearby. I have a few things I would like to bring to attention. Only 1 adult pool for about 3000 adults so crowded while swimming. You have to pay a service charge fee PER PERSON in each room 20$ a day. We have been on 5 prior cruises with Carnival. This was our first time with Norwegian. The biggest difference between Carnival and this NCL Sky was the quality of the food and the age of the passengers. This was our 6th cruise with NCL (last in 2019). The not so good: Selected the 11:30-12 check in slot in Miami. The check in process was smooth took 20 minutes.
