This horrible experience started with boarding the ship. It took 3 hours to board the ship because Norwegian claimed their system was having technical issues. Once on the ship the hungry guests were immediately ushered to the muster station for the emergency briefing that appeared rushed and unorganized. The staff was unfriendly and not comforting. They would accuse us of being underage even though we were all 21 and had passports to show. Chose this cruise to see how we liked NCL. We didn't. Been on 22. Cruises and the customer service was the worst by far. Booking a cruise in March for 24+ people and cancelled NCL.
