We sailed on the Norwegian Joy March 30th 2024. Overall excellent cruise. The balcony room we had was very nice with the bed close to the sliding door to the balcony. All of the staff were excellent. My wife and I had an amazing time on board the Norwegian Joy. To start with, the workers at the pier were rude. The gentleman begged for a tip, and lied when he said he’d be bring our our suitcases to our room. When our bags did get to our room a big dent in one corner of my wife’s luggage. Overall a fantastic cruise with very good itinerary. We stayed in Pullman Hotel outstanding Miami airport the night pre cruise. The hotel has a free shuttle from airport to hotel and a $30 shuttle to the port which was great.
