We chose this cruise for Havana and we enjoyed it. Embarcation was fast so we were at Crossings by 12:30. Room was ready by 1:30. Our steward Andre was very helpful getting us another chair for the balcony as there were 3 of us. Sorely disappointed in Norwegian, who position themselves at the higher end of cruise lines. Service was rude and slow to put it mildly, and they allow children to literally run wild all over the ship, not just near the pool where you would expect it and where it doesn't bother most people. We booked a cruise and stay in Miami for my 40th Birthday ŵith my husband and two children age 12 and 9. We stayed in south beach for 4 days , we did a city tour / boat and Everglades combo through Viator which was really good.
