We like Norwegian Cruise lines and it is our Cruise line of choice. We sailed on this same ship last year so we knew the layout and enjoy the ship layout. We left on 7 Dec for 10 days doing Puerto Rico, St Thomas, Barbados, St Kitts, St Lucia and St Maarten. We enjoyed all the amenities as Platinum members however this time we were in an inside room and really no big deal. This ship was packed ...
Back to Back from Miami to San Antonio and San Antonio to Buenos Aires.
Best cruise(s) we have ever taken.
Ship was excellent … clean, spotless, correct passenger size (about 2000 people), friendly crew, excellent food, calm, peaceful and simply the best.
Celebrated Christmas and New Years on ship and they had special dining AND special celebrations for both holidays.
Cruise Director ...
We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and it right after the holidays. It was two family members in our party, previous cruisers with NCL. We embarked in Miami, excited we were able to cruise through the line and get onboard. However, at the entrance our keycards didn’t work. That was the beginning of one issue after another, we spent 7 of 10 days at the front desk feeling exasperated ...
Thank you Norwegian Cruise Line for ruining my first ever cruise. I walked into my room and found a 1/2 inch of water on the bathroom floor. The toilet was leaking from the wall every time you flush. So instead of being able to put my bags down and unwind for a minute, housekeeping, maintenance and a plumber has to run in and out of my room. After they leave I wipe everything down with bleach ...
I found this 10 day Southern Caribbean Curse just average at best from the ship, food and amenities standpoint. Ports of Call were good and the best part of this cruise. Cabin (outside) small, especially the bathroom and toilet areas, storage adequate for the 10 days. Keep in mind NCL is pretty much casual for dining, shorts allowed in all area with the exception of the main dining room. We ...
We had a good time. It seemed like a good itinerary but most of the ports had very little to do. The food was adequate. Dining room service was slow. They seemed understaffed. Wish they had a happy hour and afternoon tea. Some positive things: coffee maker in the room, fishes on the carpet to tell forward and aft, great entertainment, friendly staff and had only 75 percent occupancy.
Just ...
Went on this cruise to spend time with our son and his family after they invited us to go with them. Ship was over 2 1/2 hours late leaving port on getaway day with no explanation by the boat's staff. I had a balcony room and was disappointed in the size of the room and the bathroom as well as the balcony after being on two Holland American cruises in balcony rooms which were larger in all ways. ...
Last minute gift from my son! 3 day cruise to Bahamas out of Miami. First time in a suite and I will have a hard time not sailing in a suite again. Suite life was wonderful. From the best butler to a great concierge, they took care of everything. The best part was the huge balcony. We had breakfast delivered and it was nice to sit outside. Being on a cruise is fun but having a quiet place to ...
We had not been to several of the ports this cruise was going to. This trip was for my birthday. We were very pleased with our cabin, the food, and the crew. We especially enjoyed the shows each night. There was plenty to do on board while we were at sea.
There were many places to choose to eat each day. We preferred the dining rooms rather than the buffet. (We seem to over eat at the ...
This was my 7th cruise and the first time I ever sailed on Norwegian. Regrettably, I was not at all impressed. Issue #1.... the odor. This ship smells foul, not sure if it's an engineering failure or poor design or ventilation or sewer storage but there are places and times on this ship that you will think you are at a wastewater treatment plant. Even when the ship is docked and you are ...
