Amazing ship! Even at full capacity felt like the ship was not that crowded. I wish the port times were longer but found plenty to do on the ship. Overall a fantastic cruise with very good itinerary. We stayed in Pullman Hotel outstanding Miami airport the night pre cruise. The hotel has a free shuttle from airport to hotel and a $30 shuttle to the port which was great. We were beyond impressed with ship from the moment we were in line to embark. We boarded by 11am and were in Sugarcanes Mojito bar sipping Mojitos by noon. I've mostly sailed on Carnival and Princess. We did a family thing and sailed on NCL. My first time and I loved it! I stayed in the studio's, which is a small room with a bed, small shower, and separate toilet. You have a video view of the sea so you don't feel claustrophobic. The Jewel was just refurbished in 2018 and is still very new looking. At 2350 capacity she is my size. The seating in the common areas was clean and comfortable.
