Despite my reservations from reading the reviews, I really like the ship though there are some annoying things….especially for the visually impaired: the clues and sounds are too subtle..like identifying which elevator has arrived. Just finished up a 11 day Med cruise on the Prima. We stayed in the Haven and the experience was truly exceptional. The staff was the best and the ship nearly flawless. Ship: The Viva has the most modern design of any NCL ship we have ever cruised on, with a modern motif and artwork strewn all about the ship. Being in the Prima class, it is a new concept for NCL.
