Missing the mark
"There was no signage when getting off the elevator as to what side of the ship you were on, so you had to go to the room hallway to figure it out.I am a smoker and there were only 2 places to smoke; one was a small area on deck 18 shoved to the very back of the ship with no seating or tables, the other was in the casino where there was a small(tiny) enclosed area in the back of the casino, where there were about 20 machines and 2 tables......."Read More

Overall, the ship was beautiful, we stayed in the Haven but I don’t think we would choose to sail on this ship again.
The lack of vegan food in the Haven, at the buffets, dining rooms, in room service and speciality restaurants were severly disappointing. The Haven there was a vegan menu, but you have to order it in advance they said up to 24 hours which is absolutely ridiculous. Some people ...

I booked this cruise as a recon for a March 2023 booking, and happy that I did because I am canceling that cruise.

In a nut shell, NCL tried to cram all the venues on a Breakaway Plus ship into a much smaller ship. It’s a beautiful ship but it’s functionality is dismal. Everything from the Lobby, bars, buffet, the Improv etc…. are all much smaller and fill up rather quickly. Reservations go very quick. Way to many guests for a small ship with small venues. Prima is a beautiful ship and the things we loved about her, far outweighed the really bad aspects of her. Norwegian Prima was a disappointment.
The buffet (single sided) was crowded and small.
The menu in the buffet and main dining room did not change.. Talking about the "Hudson" main dinning room , their menu stand looks like a toilet bowl hanging on every column. The other dining room was used for selling art auction every day.

I've sailed the Breakaway, Encore and the Escape in the past. This is hands down the worst one of the 4.
