I was on the norwegian jewel this month & encountered the rudest reception from guest svcs, tsar dining room servers & room svc personnel.
On numerous occasions the room service personell didn't even pick up the phone despite several attempts. They took 45 minutes even to deliver a pitcher of water.

We took a cab from the Newark Airport Hotel, down to the Manhattan Terminal at a cost of 123dollars including tolls and tip , the journey took around 50 minutes. For most of the journey I was on the phone to N.C.L trying to establish which pier was being used by Jewel as it was not on the paperwork they had sent.
