I sailed on Pride of America on their September 16-23 of 2023 sailing and loved getting to see 4 islands and not having to unpack. This was my 10th cruise and first on Norwegian Cruise line. Will definitely sail with them again.
We were informed beforehand that they no longer sail around the Napali coastline due to fuel cost and we did a small airplane ride by air adventures in Kauai instead ...
It's been my dream to visit Hawaii. I've been bugging my husband for the past 20 years and it finally came into fruition. In as much as I didn't want to do a cruise, it was definitely the biggest bang for my buck -- plus the chance to visit several locations.
We arrive in Honolulu three days prior to joining the cruise. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Waikiki Beach. Great location - a ...
This cruise was my first and purchased as a gift to me by my family.
5 of us onboard, we had an absolutely fantastic time!
The beverage package is a MUST and the Starbucks Package really helped!
The stateroom was great, the food and drinks also really good. The Specialty dining was worth it too!
The best way to travel is to book when NCL runs specials that includes food, some Specialty ...
We chose this cruise because they were one of only cruise line to go to Hawaii in June. We used Lorena Balderama at Vacations to Go to book the cruise. She was a great advocate ! NCL Pride of America is all American crew. They were very friendly and gave great service. The ship is well kept and the port itinerary including 3 days prior to sailing in Honolulu was a bonus. Weather was perfect - 70's ...
We are experienced cruisers. We chose this cruise because we wanted to see as much of Hawaii as possible. We thought that the 50th state would be the star and had read other reviews downplaying the ship and her crew and services, wow were they wrong. We found the ship to be in great shape, new carpeting , fresh paint, comfortable bedding, very strong shower. The food was all good. Not a ...
We chose this amazing land and sea experience to be sure we were able to enjoy all that Hawaii has to offer. We stayed 3 nights at the Hyatt Regency in Waikiki, and then boarded the cruise ship to sail to four more destinations. We felt we were able to visit it all with expert tour guides who knew just what to see and when to see it.
The Hyatt Regency is a beautiful four star hotel downtown ...
I should start saying that I am a Platinum Latitude member and I cruised with Other lines and this very ship before.
I think I found my match: the Spirit is small enough where one doesn't have to secure tickets for shows, and there is always a table available at the buffet. However, is big enough for the transoceanic crossing to be smooth and plenty of quiet places if one needs it.
There is ...
First , I should state that we were in a suite at the front of the ship so our experience should be seen in that a light . The ship had only 1400 px which I think is a limit number for Tahiti and since there are only 20 or so suites we had certain benefits in getting off for tenders when we wanted , special seating for shows and ability to book dinners perhaps easier . The ship is in great shape ...
I chose this cruise because of the itinerary. This was our cruise that we booked when our March of 2020 COVID cruise was cancelled. Since we were sailing less then ten days prior to them cancelling the cruise, we received a VERY good discount on any cruise we booked. Therefore, I went big and did my dream cruise. Remember for food and shows, every person may have a different opinion. ...
Our May 19th cruise from Honolulu to Papeete was beyond wonderful. Okay, we had a couple days of lousy weather- but when it comes to this ship and it’s crew, I can’t say enough good things. The crew went above and beyond doing their jobs, and were always cheerful and fun while doing it. Many called us by name. The specialty restaurants were exceptional. If you take this cruise from Honolulu to ...
