Unfortunately the holiday didn’t start that great when my bag didn’t arrive with me from Australia. It did turn up after 3 days just before our cruise. Thanks Qantas!! We have been in quite a few cruise’s before this one and it is easily the worst experience we have had. We had been to all of the islands before but traveled with friends who had not. The shore excursions are very ...

First Leg of B2B HNL to PPT

This was the first 12 days of a 24 day B2B HNL to PPT then Return to HNL. I was not impressed. The beds in both rooms were uncomfortable with linen that smelled funny, like dirty socks. I found this smell was prevalent throughout the ship, including the dishes, silverware and napkins in every restaurant. Not sure what water process was used for water purification, but it left a rancid smell on ...

We just completed a B2B Hawaii <-> Tahiti cruise, and everything was perfect! No kidding. The food was great, the specialty restaurants were outstanding, the entertainers were fantastic, our cabin was perfect, the itinerary was beautiful, and the Wi-Fi actually worked! We did not partake in any of the ship's excursions, but our own excursions on every island were fantastic. The islands are ...

We set-out on an much anticipated cruise for our anniversary. Onboarding in Honolulu Hawaii after an early arrival to see Pear Harbor. It was thought provoking, sad and certainly worth the history lesson. Off we go to Maui, thankfully this island was still on the itinerary and we were able to see the beauty of Maui above water and below. Our excursion via catamaran to Molokini Crater and ...

Nice ship but some things were lacking

We chose this cruise for the itinerary. We are experienced Princess customers with 10 cruises. They claim to have the best dining. We found the dining very good but behind in quality from our experience with Princess. We never received a post cruise survey email. Excursion deployment was managed poorly. Excursion employees struggled with correct English and talked on PA system too ...

We started early with a 3 night add-on from NCL in Honolulu. That was very economical and we saw a lot of things we wouldn’t have otherwise. It included going to the Polynesian Cultural Center, but it did not include staying there for the dinner and extremely excellent show, Ha: Breath Of Life. We bought tickets direct from PCC and they had a bus ride back to the hotel. You will want to this or ...

We mainly choose this based on the itinerary. And we got a great price on it too. I had read that this was NCL's smallest ship and somewhat geared toward adults. We found that to be the case. The only time the kids were a problem (and it wasn't really a problem) was that the game room was about the only place for kid activities. So it was full of them on the sea days. The itinerary was great ...

Overall my wife and I agreed overall cruise was excellent. The Entertainment really really made the cruise. The Sea Shakers, and Diego Bartolini - the one man band — were so exceptionally good and enjoyable night after night. Blazing Boots was great (hated Kinky Boots on a prior cruise). The Spirit is an older ship however recently went thru major renovations and they were top shelf. Without ...

Perfect for us

We loved this cruise. This is the best way to get in as many islands as you can in one shot. The ship is on the smallish side, but that was fine for us. It's beautiful, well maintained and chock full of Americana. The food is cruise food, nothing stellar, nothing terrible. The ports are amazing and they give you the luxury of overnights in Maui and Kauai. Don't let the bad reviews dissuade ...
