I don't understand why this ship gets such bad reviews. It's definitely different than other NCL ships, but that isn't a bad thing. The amount of outdoor space is wonderful, and I do think that helps to spread people out as long as the weather is nice. We had an aft facing suite in the Haven and were blown away by the almost 500 sq ft balcony with hot tub! The service from our steward Marti was top notch.
