Singapore was amazing, I called based my trip on the movie Crazy Rich Asians, It was my first time to Asia. Singapore did not fail, it was amazing city, I was there a total of 8 days. My cruise was either hit or miss with Guest Services and very rude main dinning room employees. 1st my room was underneath the prep kitchen, everymornign at 2:15, they would start banging and dropping things. ...

Where do I begin? NCL Pearl out of Miami---Embarkation was painful. We had to sit in a waiting area and be called by group to even be able to enter the ship...approximately 45 min. First time I have experienced that so let the cattle herding begin. This was my 4th cruise, my 2nd with NCL and I will NEVER cruise with them again. The entire trip left me feeling depressed. We booked a room with a ...

Some very good parts (Haven, aracde, cabana) but not as good as past experience

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Pearl

The Haven room was terrific and the access to the separate pool and hot tub, as well as the breakfast/lunch space in Moderno, were very nice. Service for the room and the concierge was very good, too. We had a cabana in Harvest Caye and that was great (and, frankly, important in that it rained much of the day so it was nice to have a spot to stay all day). The rest of the ship, though, was pretty ...

Not impressed in the least

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Sun

This being our first cruise with Norwegian, I had higher expectations than we received. With so many other cruise lines, I have no reason to return to this cruise line. This ship and others Norwegian ships have no docking rights, so they don't go pier side, you have to be tendered in. And when the seas are rough, they just cancel your port visit. With a too bad so sad... no refund, NOTHING.... ...

Constantly bombarded by salespeople & no compensation

While I understand why we missed Cozumel (and agree with the decision the weather was dangerous) absolutely NOTHING was done to make up for this fact. The "additional activities" were the same from the day before leaving us bored and feeling like the rest of the vacation was a waste of money. The onboard activities are too expensive, not interesting, or are those horrible seminars that prey on ...

We chose Norwegian Sun because we always traveled on Carnival and wanted a different experience. Unfortunately we got a horrible experience. For starters, the servers spraying your hands as you walk in the door was crazy. The food on the buffet never looked appetizing. We got into disagreements with staff on 2 separate occasions at the Four seasons who had the slowest Service Ever on a cruise. ...

I had booked this cruise in early August for my daughters birthday in December. The original itinerary was Miami, Freeport, Nassau and Great Stirrup Caye. I booked 2 cabins for myself and my daughter and her boyfriend (both 22 yrs old), I have completed many cruises on Royal Caribbean and Norwegian but this for me was just dreadful!! After hurricane Dorian damaged Grand Bahama Island in Oct ...

Seas were rough, but what a blast!

We did a late Dec cruise, hoping to enjoy a little pre Christmas celebration. My husband, adult daughter and I got a " black Friday" special and snagged an inside cabin for 3 for a great rate. I don't really LIKE inside cabins, but it was a pretty last minute booking so I was happy just to go! Embarkation: We live in Florida so it was hop, skip and jump to Port Canaveral. We parked in Cocoa ...

A Yin-Yang experience

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Norwegian Epic

The Itinerary was appealing, we wanted to see the ABC islands, however we were short-changed. The ship was very clean and there were plenty of activities for passenger to keep occupied specially while at sea. The layout of our cabin did not make any sense, the was limited space to lay the food trays whenever we ordered room service. The room service provider had to use the sofa as a table. The ...
