We just returned from a cruise on the Norwegian Breakaway. It was a very nice ship. I thought the best feature was the steam room in the Thermal Suite. We did this cruise 6 years ago and really enjoyed the islands tour. Our favorite islands when all was said and done are Maui and Kauai.

We have cruised 8 times (3 with NCL) and this was far and away the worst cruise trip that we have experienced.
The Breakaway was obviously at capacity on 02/15/2020 and the crew simply could not handle 4,000 guests.

Our trip was fabulous. We love Norwegian. We prefer the mid size ships of about 2000 people. The elevators are never crowded and the garden cafe is smaller. We got lost so many times in the garden cafe on the Escape and the Breakaway.
