I've no major complaints about this cruise, all the staff I interacted with were very pleasant, helpful and hardworking, everything seemed spick & span. We choose this cruise because of the itinerary and because it left from Southampton. The stops did not disappoint. The ship seemed old and even though we were not pleased with our cabin, everything else about the cruise was good, especially the entertainment and the food. First time cruise so we cant compare to other ships. First impression counts and we were pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome as we boarded on Deck7. Crossing the Atlantic was on the NCL Jade very laid back comfortable way to cross the Atlantic . days passes quickly playing games , meeting people and all the other activities.
