I liked the itinerary and looked forward to a smaller ship than I usually sail. This would be my 8th cruise all of them with NCL.
Found the ship attractive, peaceful and calming. Neutral colors were used throughout the ship.
Had an inside cabin and I found it comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well for the most part.

Cruise was recommended by a friend.
I usually sail with Royal Caribbean lines.
I thought I would try a different one. You really notice the cut backs on this ship. Food wasn’t great service was slow and tables weren’t clean sometimes took other people’s dishes away so we could have their table. For a 11 day cruise there was only non NCL production and one NCL crew show. The rest of the nights were fill ins that were not all that great. It was some thing to do but not the quality that you would expect from NCL on a 11 day cruise.

This was my 18th cruise and I have never EVER experienced anything like this. The ship felt very comfortable and bright. The ship was very clean and the staff were friendly. The food choice is good but in nearly every restaurant the food is cold or tepid. In the Versailles especially coffee was not hot enough and spoilt breakfast. We liked O’Sheehans and the service was very good, again coffee was not always hot. Chose this cruise because it was owed to us due to covid as we could no longer cruise to Russia and the initial itinerary was good. Up till this cruise I thought NCL were fair and quite good. The FOOD was disgusting , the Matri D didn’t want to know when we complained about the Steak was like leather. That was in the dining room . The buffet at lunchtime was Disgusting the same Bread Pudding every day,Jello and some sort of pound cake .
