It was just the two of us; my boyfriend and I on the first of three vacations we take every year. This one was 04/20 - 26/2014) and we decided to try the Epic for the first time for this seven day vacatiion. The ship is rather beautiful, and we love that you don't feel the amount of people that's really on it at all. Once embarkation starts, guests are allowed to go straight to their cabins, we love that. I like to unpack and get things put away well before it's time for the drill, and he goes and make spa reservations, purchase bottled water for our stay etc., we always get a balcony cabin, but this is our first time being in one like this. Guests are not notified in advance of the engineer washing your cabin glass doors, which leaves the balcony with about 2 inches of water that can only be evaporated by the sun. The food is good in the buffet styled dinning, which we usually don't do but we thought we'd give it a go and loved it, all 7 days. The food at the Asain restaurant serving sizes are that of the French, VERY SMALL. The Brazilian restaurant really don't want to start serving the meats at all, they were thought to be procrastinating so someone took them to task (if you will), about it, "boy was that funny!" You'll enjoy the deparcation party on the gangway too, a show not to be missed. Spills are left too long, I feel for guests on walkers etc., so do be ware. Oh ladies, DO bring your sexy little white dress for the "Hot White Night Dance," I did, lots of fun! All-in-all, we enjoyed this cruise, and if the price is right the way it was this time, agreed, we'd do it again! So GO, you're gonna love it! Read Less

My cruise on the Epic departed Port Canaveral, Florida, April 20th, 2019, 7nt cruise. Really bad ship do not bother and here is why. My room and the corridor smelt of urine, yes a toilet the whole time despite several complaints. The tv did not work and had to be fixed. The room safe kept opening by itself. The excursions were disorganised both embarkation and disembarkation. We were questioned about our lack of visas in our passports when the visa procedures have been changed and you no longer require the esta to be in your books. You would think immigration would be aware of this. There were not enough elevators and some were broke. People got sick of waiting for them. People were sick I the pool and it had to be drained, someone defecated in one of the hallways. Classy The staff spoke poor English and had a lack of knowledge about everything and anything. There were never any seats at the buffet area no matter what time you went. Our room phone didn't work and it took them the whole cruise to fix it. We were late leaving nearly every destination due to late arrivals. The local entertainment act howling at the moon only sang the songs that people left on their piano if they had money on them. Whilst people were waiting for hours for their songs to be played and didn't happen despite birthdays or anniversary's. Shame on you all three of you. And yes that was us that walked out that you had a go at. Very professional, NOT. Problem with that? come see me. The singing sounds like howling hence their name. Some waiters were rude because the tip is built in with the price they no longer have to give you good service. Swimming with the Pigs excursion was a joke and sold out immediately upsetting many passengers and they refused to put more trips on. Only things good were the room steward Gilbert. We got an apology for the room and were given a bottle of red wine which we cant drink and chocolate strawberries. Some shows were awesome like the Beatles and I'm not even a Beatles fan but that's how good they were. The comedians were great as was the Priscilla Show. When leaving the ship everyone was colour coded to leave at different times. Self checkouts such as me were to leave first b/w 0730 and 0830 but for some reason known only to the thousands of rednecks on board everyone tried to leave at the same time causing chaos and mahem with people waiting over an hour for a lift and once you arrived at your deck you couldn't get off the lift because the queues were directly outside of them. We found out later that it took some people 3.5 hours to get off the ship. Just a very bad ship, old, tattered and not much to do and you have to pay for EVERYTHING. They even tried to charge my account for photos that I didn't even have taken on the ship. I honestly cant see myself going with Norwegian ever again.. Try someone else. Read Less

My husband and I have been on several Norwegian cruises (Escape and Jade) and decided to go on the Epic. The good: embarkation process took about 30 minutes -buffett food was decent - most of the staff we dealt with were friendly-comedians were hilarious-food allergy attendants were very knowledgeable- main dining restaurants were very good- The Beatles musicians were fantastic The bad: The shows were terrible and there were no family appropriate show options. All of the game shows were held in the attium where the seating was cramped and it was difficult to hear. The casino was right in the middle of the ship so you had to walk through smoke to get to restaurants, shops, etc,. The few options that were family friendly cost an additional fee and were always booked. Disembarkation was the most unorganized thing that I have ever seen. Lines in every direction without any guidance from staff. It took us three hours to get off the ship. We were oin our disignated area at 7:45 when rhey called for us and did not get through customs until 10:45. It was a complete nightmare people breaking in line and no one there to direct you where to go. When we asked where to go we were told to follow the line. The design of the staterooms was terrible. The toilet area was tiny and and there was no privacy. My husband and I kept waking each other up because the toilet was so loud when flushed. The bed was wide, but it’s curved which makes it shorter. I am 5”8 and my feet were hanging off the end of the bed. The ugly:The ship was dirty- our stateroom 11179 was disgustingly filthy. When we entered our stateroom there were crumbs on the bed, the floor and the carpet was stained. We asked our steward to vacuum our room and he apologized and cleared the crumbs. I noticed a stain by the bed where someone had thrown up on the wall and it had obviously ran down to the carpet. I showed the wall to our steward and he said “oh that is an old stain, but I will try to clean it”. As he was cleaning the stain and the dead bug that was smooshed on the wall he picked up a sleeping mask and handed it to me. I explained that the mask did not belong to me and he apologized. In summary, I will continue to cruise , but I will never go on the Epic again. Read Less

We had heard good things about Norwegian and wanted to give them a try. We were disappointed. The food was terrible and it was impossible to get into the smaller shows. One night I ordered what was supposed to be a hot appetizer and it came out stone cold. Food had no flavor. At the pub they serve your food in a metal basket sitting on a piece of paper which made it impossible to use a knife. We enjoyed our excursions. The cabin steward was terrible. She did not listen to our requests. The room was a nightmare. It was embarrassing as you could see through the glass. The beds were as hard as a rock. The only real plus was the unlimited beverage package. The casino was tight. I figured I would have earns some perks for the amount of money I spent. Other cruise lines have given me free cruises, wine etc.We will never sail Norwegian again. We prefer Carnival. Read Less

This ship is terrible. There's hardly any water in the one pool, no room in the other .There arent enough loungers for all passengers because of chair saving at 730am.The top quiet deck is a lawn chair on a deck, so crowded its like you're at the jersey shore AND NO POOL. Not all rooms have coffee makers. The coffee shop is an extra charge even with the unlimited drink package. This ship nickles and dimes you to death. Bingo costs money, shows cost money, tips have to be paid in advance. Drinks in the mini fridge come at an astronomical charge. Wi-Fi,astronomical charge. Bottled water isnt included in the drink package. $5.40 for a basic bottle of water. This is ludicrous especially for a ship that cant even depart on time! Our departure time last night was 7pm, the ship left at 1040, so the slot machines were locked for hours. This was my first cruise and surely my last. You couldn't pay me to do this again. The only thing saving my experience is the food and the islands visited. But even that is a rip off. You have to be back onboard by 1:30 for one of the destinations, not even a full day to explore. Debarkation is a nightmare, no organization. Read Less

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Started off from usually getting a bottle of sparkling wine in the stateroom since I’m a rewards member.. no bottle. When I asked why they said it was too short of cruise for one. Next they had us trapped on the ship the whole time since they claimed at one of two ports the waters were too rough to tender (they were just as calm the day before we were at port) they did nothing for us! They easily could have rerouted us or asked us to wait a few hours before the waters were up to their standards. They got on the intercom and said how they planned a bunch of new activities to make up for it(yeah right) I had a first time cruiser with me as well and you can imagine his first impression! He never wants to cruise again! We felt so trapped with no where to go! The food was ok but if you wanted a drink at dinner forget about it! I had to wait until I almost had my dinner before a drink even showed up! If I wanted another I had to order as soon as the first one arrived. One last thing is our room attendant was very nice but when we would leave and move the thing to “make up cabin” on 2 different occasions we came back to it on “do not disturb” and an unmade cabin and no fresh towels- I had to track someone down for fresh towels. (Probably some kids in the hall) but they should only have these buttons available from inside the stateroom so no one can change it. We are paying a service fee for what? I made my own bed 2nd. Overall I had a horrible experience I’m really not sure if I will cruise Norwegian again.... it was definitely an EPIC FAIL Read Less

We booked this trip to Tortola, St Thomas, and Great Stirrup Cay because it offered a great way to combine relaxing days at sea with some fun adventures on the beaches of the Caribbean. Leaving Colorado in February for warmth and relaxation made it the perfect vacation for us, and it the first vacation vacation without kids for me in almost 20 years. Wahoo for a cruise that included Valentine's Day!! The ship didn't "feel right" from the moment we left port, with an odd shuddering periodically in addition to the normal rock and hum of a cruise ship. On our second day at sea, it was announced that "power issues" were going to divert us from our scheduled itinerary, and we'd be sailing slowly to San Juan for repairs. We docked with a bang, crashing into two dolphin piers and sinking them into the harbor. We were told we'd have a 50% credit on a future cruise, and that they hoped to make repairs quickly to get us underway to Great Stirrup Cay as scheduled. It's important to note that information was difficult to get - the captain was unintelligible, the cruise director that always repeated his message was vague - and doled out with an eye-dropper. Each day was a new variation on "not at all what you planned for." Our tour company was told that we'd be leaving in the evening, although the sign when disembarking said 5:30pm. We were halfway through our tour when we were rushed back to the ship because they wanted to leave at 5:30. We boarded and they closed the hatch behind us, but we didn't sail for several hours, as we needed a tugboat to take us out of port. Once underway, we were told that we would not sail to GSC as planned, but would in fact go back to Port Canaveral. The next day, we were told we'd arrive at 8pm, which was the final injustice. Frantically changing airline plans and transport plans, the wifi and phone systems were overwhelmed. It was helpful that the cruise director gave the wrong code to get a landline in the announcement... it made it easier for those of us who asked at Guest Services to use the right one, but led to a massive crowd in a very warm atrium as a result. Many passengers had change fees and flight costs in excess of $500 per person because they were buying much more expensive tickets two days ahead of flying than those they'd purchased well in advance. The cruise line reimbursed them a maximum of $300 per person. Transport fee changes were not reimbursed at all. More importantly, since the cruise for the following week would be cut short, they were rescheduled to a 5 day cruise to Nassau (rather than a 7 day cruise to Jamaica), given a 50% credit AND a 50% refund, as well as the option to not sail and receive a full refund. We asked for a refund or the ability to use the credit on one of Norwegian's other cruise lines, and received a form letter in response that they were sorry we were "disappointed" but they stood by their offer of a 100% credit to be used within 24 months. A six page letter from me was answered via a form letter. "Disappointed" was not a word I would use. The engine problems and propeller problems were out of their control, but communication was horrible, consideration for guests who suffered significant financial hardship, and their complete failure to adjust the onboard schedule so that people wouldn't have run out of things to do by Thursday (virtually all Sea Days will do that) was absolutely in their control. Without valid data, when traveling at 10-12 knots with one propeller, people tend to fill in the blanks themselves. Anger, fear, panic attacks... that's not a vacation. It was a nightmare. It was being kidnapped with a buffet. Speaking of buffets and speaking of food... the specialty restaurants were incredible. I'm grateful we took advantage of the "3 free" offer. The main dining rooms can best be described as "dorm food." Steaks are too thin to truly be cooked to order, chicken was rubbery, seafood was overcooked and oversauced, the buffet food suffered from too much time under warming lamps, and portions were small and often disproportionate (picture a "Philly Cheesesteak" which has a large bun with a minimal amount of filling). Finally, not once did I see anyone changing out the serving utensils in the buffet lines. Hand sanitation standards on this ship were much lower than what I've experienced on others. I've been on ships where you were not permitted to enter a dining area until you'd taken a hand wipe. It was very much optional and often inconveniently located on the Epic. The rooms are smaller than I've experienced on other cruise lines and oddly laid out. The "queen bed" was far shorter than a standard bed. so prepare to sleep with your feet hanging off the end. One closet had no hangars, so be sure to bring your own. The other closet has those "unstealable" hangars that hang from a holder on the bar in the closet which can't be removed (or moved to the other closet). Finally, "freestyle cruising" means that rather than tipping individuals based on your service experience, you are charged a daily service fee that requires a form to change... and I couldn't increase it, only decrease it. My apologies to Marco, our cabin steward, who deserved more than the standard but wasn't able to get it because of the process. The ship is very large, with insufficient elevators for the number of people aboard. It was rare to be able to board the first elevator that stopped, as they were often full. It wasn't unusual to wait 10+ minutes to have an elevator you could ride, particularly from 6pm-10pm. In short, our experience on the Epic was #EpicFail. I would not recommend it to others. Read Less

We wanted to get away for the Christmas holidays and wanted to sail on the Epic. We have been on several of the NCL large and small ships and have over $2000 in future cruise money, so we are a fan of NCL. There were so many things wrong with the Epic, that surprises me why NCL has not fixed them. Embarkation was terrible with extremely long lines even we arrived when we should have. In the stateroom the toilet is in one room, the shower in another room, and the sink in the stateroom itself. Functionally this makes sense, but in reality, it is a mess. My wife's head, while in bed, was only about 5' from the toilet if the door was open. The balcony stateroom was very tight. We had to turn our small carryon to it's side to pass by the end of the bed. No power outlets above the counter level in the room. On deck 6, a main area, is the casino that goes from one side of the ship to the other. You walk through it to get to many places and due to the smoke, you and your clothes smell like smoke. Could not get to the Taste restaurant from the aft elevators. Moderno was awful. Food way overcooked. Getting a drink at the bar on the ship took well over 30 minutes. If you were a small person, getting to the bar would have been worse. There are two tiny pools for this big ship. The Cavern club sound was terrible. It is a long narrow room, with the stage along the long wall. Just awful. Our cabin stuck out beyond the upper staterooms meaning people could look down on us, and when they washed the glass above, guess where the wash water went. A main theater show with drag queens. Not the best for a main show in our opinion. The cruise director was great, and staff were friendly but the staff had accents made that made it very hard to understand them. On the positive side, Cagney's was awesome, as well as the bar there. Main DR food was very good, however breakfast plating was different everyday. Howl at the Moon was awesome, particulary Katie. Entertainment in the main DR was great.. Bar service at O'Shehan was very good. On the rear of the ship they have a large screen. This was great for watching football. Wonderful Christmas service by the Staff. We liked the crew talent show. Read Less

The cruise started off badly by taking over 3 1/2 hours to board. Missed lunch because of this. Dinners in the specialty dining rooms were great, however the Manhattan and Taste left us feeling like we had just eaten in a bad restaurant with bad food and even worse service. Only one night at Manhattan gave us good service and her name is Linda. I sent many meals back. One meal even tasted like it was spoiled. The Pub served frozen, greasy fish. Guest service staff were rude and difficult to deal with. They didn’t want to deal with problems, like missing laundry and extra service charges. They was no communication prior to sailing and when I inquired about this, I was told that everyone knows this information. Being new to NCL, I didn’t know. The ULTIMATE BEVERAGE package is not Ultimate because it didn’t include water and coffee. We found out the hard way, after ordering water and being charged after the meal. Other ships include waters and coffee. We felt we were nickel and dimed the entire time. Maintenance staff painting with toxic paint early morning. We woke to a terrible smell in our cabin yet they were wearing masks. Awful trip Read Less

This cruise was recommended to us. We have been saving and preparing for this trip for over a year. This was my wife's birthday week. The checking in and boarding process was long and hot. Designated arrival times do not even matter. Every restaurant/ buffet/ cafe that was included was mediocre at best. If you wanted to see shrimp, and lobster, and other expected cruise ship foods, you will have to get it from the ocean on this cruise. Outside of the cabin Stewart, Casino staff, and some wait staff, the service was terrible. The ship layout has the main buffet dining at the top of the ship, so prepare to walk stairs a lot, because elevators are not efficient unless you go to breakfast at 6AM. My wife went to the spa to have her hair styled for dinner, and the person who did her hair made some insensitive comments about her hair and face that brought my wife to tears when she got back to the cabin. Excursions are chaotic and stressful with a lot of waiting. Recommend going onshore by yourself and doing the same activities at your pace. Felt like a retirement community by 11PM. That's when the bars on the ship start to close up, except Bliss, which smelled like urine, H2O, and the casino. Prepare to go to bed early on this boat. We disembarked with our luggage, and got off very quickly. Read Less

From the moment we stepped on the ship and saw the filthy windows everywhere that we looked I was concerned about the EPIC. Last year we took a cruise on the ESCAPE and had such a wonderful experience that we immediately put money down on another cruise with Cruise next. This year we didn't. The Epic was a huge disappointment. Unlike The Escape, not once were any of the windows/balconies cleaned while we were in port. Our room was filthy and the bathtub was filled with mold. The room steward never refilled anything like sugar, shampoo, lotion, soap etc. The boat was so noisy and shuddered continuously. So much so that the glass doors on the tub and the toilet rattled all night, every night. The first time I went into the room and used the toilet, there was a piece of glass and I cut my foot open...not a great start!! The television had so little options with channels and we had to keep watching the same 10 minutes of a crappy cartoon in between shows. We never knew that the first port in the Bahamas was a private NCL island and that we had to get a tender, communication was terrible!! Whereas Harvest Caye was beautiful last year, Great Stirrup Caye is in need of a major facelift. The port of call in Jamaica at Ocho Rios should just stop. The beaches are so rocky getting into the water that I was almost over my head in the ocean before I finally felt sand. It was very painful. After speaking to many other guests that went to other excursions on the island they all had the same experiences. During the trip, we spoke to a lot of other people and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM HAD THE SAME COMPLAINTS! Almost every one of them said that they would never use NCL again, as of right now we aren't sure if we ever will either. If it wasn't for the wonderful experience that we had on the Escape we definitely wouldn't. We saw discrimination against a gay couple by the assistants to the cruise director that made us sick! The glow party was ruined for practically everyone because little kids were allowed to run around and knock over drinks and constantly bump into adults trying to dance and have fun, it wasn't the place for kids. It was brought to the attention to the cruise director by multiple people and he couldn't have cared less. Because of all of this and other reasons I rated this cruise poor...only because it was the lowest option available. Read Less

We had to go to the bar to get water for the room . This was our 25th anniversary trip and frankly, the cruise was poor at best. I’ve been on maybe a dozen ships and never have I seen such a blatant cash grab...$10usd beers, $7usd for one bowling round, four times the going rate for an excursion. The ship is attractive, but seriously, when you have 4000 passengers what that means is long lines for everything. Please tell me how hard it is to provide coffee for passengers? Sounds like a simple question but many days I could not get a single cup of coffee on this ship! The first day EVERY machine was down...seriously, could not get a single cup of coffee!!! Let that sink in for a minute...4000 people that could not get a cup of coffee! Every other day it was a struggle to find the one or two machines that still worked. Surely NCL has enough clout to buy machines that work? Or is this just a ploy to make passengers pay for the ‘premium coffee’ at the cafe? The food was ‘okay’. The options on the TV were awful. The paid wifi was a JOKE! Got charged for minutes I didn’t use. The cabin had a nice decor but was awkwardly arranged: do NOT go on this ship if you are uncomfortable sharing your ‘private bathroom time’ with your cabin mate...you are separated by a curtain while you conduct your ‘business’. On this ship, you are cattle...move ‘em on, move ‘em through, extract their cash and move ‘em off. Really unfortunate because it could have been so much better. This experience really soured me on cruises in general. Never will I go on a big ship again. 3 hours to get people off the boat in Cannes! Really nothing great about this. NCL really needs to evaluate all aspects of their guest experience. Maybe if they didn’t look at us like walking dollar signs and instead sought to make the experience as wonderful as possible, maybe they would get more return trips. Stay off this ship. Read Less

Went with another couple for his birthday. Restaurants were very good but that’s all I can say. Total disorganization getting on the ship. Took 2 hours. Free drink package for everyone including drunk college students. Not a prude but what I saw was horrible. Not enough waiters or bar tenders for “free” drink package. Had to lay money on the bar to get noticed. Took about 45 min to get a drink. Nor’easter couldn’t dock at islands. To top it off someone either jumped or fell overboard so we had to turn around which delayed getting back by 2 hours. Then NO bag tags in the room so no one knew to get them at guest service so “everyone” had their bag with them to get off ship which took 2 hours. Complete nightmare. Never never again will I cruise Norwegian. Hire more bar tenders that can speak clear English also. Read Less

The ship its self is amazing in size! Far to many people and not enough stuff to do! Worst cruise I've ever been on!! First had a member of Norwegian call to book my cruise for our honeymoon. I asked her about people putting money towards our cruise for our honeymoon and she said "WERE NOT A GO FUND ME ACCOUNT". This statement made me really unhappy. The ship is EXTREMELY disorganized! our first stop was missed because of waves, which there was never an announcement for the guest to hear we weren't actually getting off the ship. we had to keep asking staff what was going on. Then two hours later we were told we weren't getting off by the men that cleaned the room. Our balcony didn't have a roof so while it was raining we could sit outside like the others! we were told about this while booking. The food in Cagney's Steakhouse was beyond words nasty!! I had prime rib and couldn't even cut it with a knife. it was like pure rubber!! Waste of a special dinner and money!! We had better food at the buffet and the dinning rooms that were complimentary. Some of the staff was extremely rude as well. Went to get a drink and sat at a chair by the bar. Was told to go to the other end of the bar and get my drink. why should I, I was sitting down like a normal person would at a bar. Then was skipped over multiple times before I had to be pushy and ask why he made me move if he wasn't going to help me! He said with a slick attitude then what do you want! I just wanted two sodas on my unlimited drink package. Then at a different bar my Husband went to and got a drink finished it and went to get another one, the man behind the bar side I just served you a drink there's no way your getting another one this quick. again we were on the Unlimited Drink Package! excursions are extremely over priced and not worth the money you pay!! It is a lot cheaper to get off the boat and get a taxi! There is not enough things for 4000 plus people to do! it was by far the most boring cruise I have ever been on! The things to do are minimal and there isn't enough room are shows and games for everyone that wants to be there. Still mad that we didn't get to go to one of our stops and weren't informed about the situation. All in all this was the worst cruise I've ever been on. Don't recommend this ship to anyone! Read Less

I will never choose Norwegian Cruise Line again, nor will I ever recommend the cruise line to my family or friends. We chose Norwegian due to the price; next time I will just spend more money to obtain the service I have become accustomed to on other cruise lines. The embarkation process on this cruise was horrendous. The ship itself had a layout that after seven days I still could not make sense of in my head. If you like to walk around ships on the outside...this is not your ship. If you like to utilize the adults only part of the ship...this is not your ship (the adults only is at the back of the boat without good airflow and all you will smell are the diesel fumes). If you are one that likes to get out on the upper deck and lay out in the sun...get up there early as the deck crew seems to like to put up the deck chairs around the time the sun is at its peak. If you like to utilize the gym on cruises in order to have that extra dessert...this is not your ship. My high school gym had better equipment and space 15 years ago. If you are one that likes to "freestyle" cruise (i.e. not plan every minute of every day of your vacation), this is not your ship. If you do not reserve all of your entertainment and specialty dining on the first day of this cruise, you will not be seeing entrainment nor will you be specialty dined. The bar service was seemingly nonexistent (so much for the included beverage package and the value I believed it being included would afford me...so glad I prepaid my gratuities). At the ports of call, this ship seemed to be last in line for docking at the favorable docks; for example, in Jamaica we docked at the trash/industrial dock - that was fun. Another example, in Grand Cayman the itinerary showed we would dock in George Town, instead we docked about 20 minutes away which made getting to seven mile beach take more time and more money for the taxi. The only highlight of this cruise was Cozumel Mexico, where once again we did not dock where we were suppose to dock. However, my husband and I made it to an awesome place called Mr. Sanchos Beach Club via taxi and had the best time of our 7 day vacation. Read Less

We chose this cruise to go over the Thanksgiving holiday. Epicodus the day of the cruise and told us not to show up at the Port until 2 p.m. we showed up at 1:30 and there were already two thousand people in line waiting we were not able to board until 4 there was nobody in the terminal to help us or guide us from Norwegian we get the Customs paperwork ourselves. Finally there was a woman from Norwegian that started directing us to go into the lines to get us checked in. I had made my reservations for the specialty restaurants online ahead of time and when we showed up for the reservations they did not have any of our reservations sure excursions what does the theater to go to the tenders no problem took us to the catamaran that we had booked it was not the type of catamaran that I thought that we were going to be on it was a lot smaller there was too many people and we were all sitting where there were no seats. Next thing I know we were broke down dead in the water. Half hour 45 minutes later another boat showed us to take us out to the Stingrays when we got there there was probably 30 other boats surrounding the area where the Stingrays hang out. The water was beautiful we made the best of a bad situation. When we got back we had a very nice lunch and went outside to wait for the bus as I was going through the building I heard the owners saying that they had forgot to call the buses back to retrieve us. There were shuttles next door coming to pick up people that were doing that Excursion we went over and asked them to give us a ride back to the ship and they did I don't know what everybody else did but when we got back to the ship I complained at the Excursion desk and my complaints fell on deaf ears they never did contact me about it but did say the following day that they had other people complain but they did nothing about it did not even apologize. My husband being a smoker we hung out in the smoking areas the one spot was one floor down from our cabin and you had to look through the tenders to be able to see the water where there was no seating another location was where the pools were and it seems like everyday the chairs that were in that area would turn up missing so we had to stand in those areas. We went back to the room one evening and my cabin boy kind of insinuated that we were smoking in the room and that he was going to have to tell someone which really pissed me off being that because of the areas they put us of course our clothes were going to smell like smoke and they and I told him that it was because of all our clothes smelling like smoke in the closet the more I thought about it the more I feel he just did it to scare me into giving him more of a tip so he wouldn't tell on us for smoking in our room which never happened one positive I can tell you about was the Cirque du Soleil show it was excellent and well worth the money which I think was $50 a person with a meal included the cabins on the 8th floor have no covers and when you look out on to the water all you can see at the tenders below I would never recommend this floor for anyone. I feel like it is a self-service cruise line that calls it freestyle I heard a lot of complaints from other Cruisers on this particular Cruise also with the bars being so packed especially the one at the pool area getting drinks was tough we had to make sure that we took their back tenders extra and they always seem to take care of us one of my lights burn out in the bathroom and when I told my cabin Stewart which had to have known that it was burn out because it burn out between the time I left the cabin and he cleaned it he goes oh yeah I noticed that was out I'm thinking why didn't you get it fixed. Friday morning I called and asked them to bring me an ironing board so that I could iron my clothes for the evening they told me that they couldn't bring the ironing board till the evening which in the evening wouldn't have helped me. This was our family’s second cruise with Norwegian. The first was as part of a friend’s destination wedding on the Getaway a couple of years ago and was a lackluster experience. Since we weren’t specifically there for our own enjoyment, we decided that we would give NCL another chance. This time we chose the 7 day Eastern Caribbean Cruise out of Port Canaveral on the Epic for the location, ports of call, ship features/benefits, children's activities, entertainment, and variety of dining options. We were looking for an exceptional experience to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, NCL failed us on both experiences making this one our last. The ports were changed due to hurricane damage, understandably. They added an additional port, but did not offer anything for the inconvenience. Also, due to the change of ports, excursions were not available to research and pre-book as NCL had not been able to load them online. Then we received a call just 2 days prior to the trip to advise the check in time was moved from 11 am to 2 pm due to the ship arriving from Europe having to undergo immigration inspections. This is something that other lines undergo without such late notice and NCL should have been able to plan this in advance of bookings. Communications of this were poorly executed internally as no one by phone or at the port could confirm if the departure time would also be moved. Another unforeseen event occurred at the terminal delaying the boarding process even further. We finally arrived on the ship at 6:30 pm to be poorly greeted by most of the staff. You would think the service would have been elevated to make everyone forget about the snafu's already endured. I'd like to first point out that my husband and I are not picky or demanding and we are able to speak to the quality of service based on having had past service related positions. From the initial interactions all the way to our last (with very few exceptions), the service was terrible! Bartenders, except the one at Teppanyaki/Wasabi, were less than personable, rarely smiled, and made us feel like it was an inconvenience to serve people. And even though we had the unlimited beverage package, we tipped cash for almost every drink we ordered. Doing so did not improve the level of service. We tried dining in each of the dining rooms, as well as, O’Sheehan’s and a few specialty restaurants. And again, found it to be a disappointing quality of service. Cagney’s had excellent food, at expensive costs, that was not that much better than what is available in the main dining rooms. The service there left much to be desired also. We found this was par for the course almost everywhere. At Wasabi, the sushi was good, but they had a limited menu and it took a while for the 2 rolls we ordered to arrive. Teppanyaki was the best of our specialty dining experiences and we would recommend it to anyone willing to give NCL a try. Overall the best food came from the buffet providing options for each meal that had flavor and variety. It was difficult to get into any of the shows as most were booked since the ship was at capacity. We booked the Cirque Dream show for premium seats. When we arrived, they directed us upstairs where we were told there were not 3 seats available. They then paraded us back downstairs only to be told that there were no more premium seats open there either. They ended up downgrading our seats and sat us with another family in a booth. The ship was booked solid with large parties, but the venue should have better means of tracking as to not oversell seats. As for the show, it was mediocre at best. There were a couple of the acts that were border-line inappropriate for children and even mildly offensive for an adult. Other shows and entertainment that we were able to participate in were the comedy magic show of Harry Maurer (excellent), and live entertainment by Siglo, Project IV, and Howl at the Moon were also very enjoyable. We did not get to go to the Priscilla Queen of the Desert musical, which may have been for the best since people we spoke to said that show was pretty vulgar in nature. Although we did not go to see Burn the Floor, we did get to see a sample of their act one evening as part of our dinner in the Manhattan dining room. Sad that we were not able to see the full production. We booked a family inside cabin for location to pool, buffet, and kid's areas as we had our 4 year old also. The cabin actually seemed a decent size due to the way they have it laid out. Great storage for both hung and folded clothes. Our son loved having the upper bunk. Our room steward was friendly enough and met our expectations on keeping the cabin tidy and stocked. I think our son had the best experience of all of us. The Splash Academy staff were the most personable and friendly people on board. They knew our names and faces by the second day. The daily activities they provide for the children are very interactive and you can tell that they truly value the child's experience. Our son woke up asking to go play there and never wanted to leave. The Splashtacular Extravaganza show the kids and counselors put on for the parents was adorable! He also got to try all of the water slides and mini golf splash pad. He said it was one of his favorite parts of the trip. Read Less

( the reason i didn't say something sooner was because they had wood behind the door on the top and the bottom that made me think that was all it opened) day i told my steward and he call someone to come fix it. grand caymans did a catamaran excision it broke down told them about it when we got back ncl never even got back to me. movies under the star there was no popcorn! People behind us talked the whole time i'm glad they were enjoying their selves. cabin steward pulled me aside one night and if we were smoking in the cabin he was going to have to turn us in... it was just our clothes from having to smoke in small confined areas. I was so mad if my husband would have heard that it would have ruden he's trip and he would never cruise again even with a baloney he would never break the rules. on other ship i washed our stuff so it never was a problem ( no self washer on this ship) I lost sleep that night. but when i started think about it i thought maybe he was trying to get a bigger tip so he would not tell! I ask for an ironing board and they said i could have it because i could not have one until the evening. Read Less

Let me start out first by saying that I'm a very seasoned cruiser. Nearly 100 days of traveling on various cruise lines on the high seas. Although this boat was rated as 1# for honeymooners, there's a catch and I will reveal the notes I've taken while cruising on my honeymoon. The boat looks amazing from the inside and outside. The decor is top notch and the ship is very clean, but that's really where it all ends. My wife and I are in our mid 40's and enjoy our down time as well as a night out dancing. We approached this cruise like any other. We purchased the drink package expecting to party it down with some drinks beside the pool and listen to some live music. Well, that isn't allowed on the Epic. 1) No drinks in our around the pool 2) The pool area is considered a quiet zone. (as stated to me by the DJ) 3) You have two VERY small pools (10x30) to choose from but can only hold about 25 guest before it's too crowded 4)Forget trying to get a drink. There's only 1 pool bar about 30 ft long with only 4 bartenders and you rarley seecocktails waitresses around the pool. 5) Get ready for extreme whistle blowing from the lifeguard. Every wrong move by any one of the 500 kids on board and he blow his whistle. We went out our first night to explore the ship. We wanted to dance to some current music and have a drink at the bar. 1) There are NO night clubs on the boat unless you're under 17 We then walked around and expected to find the Theater with stdium seating allowing a couple thousand cruisers to see broadway shows. 1) The theater does not exist We really enjoy dressing up on formal nights, seeing everyone in their best, taking pictures and meeting other guests at the dinner table. 1) There are no formal nights and only 2 backdrops for pictures. 2) No assigned seating and you must make reservations for dining or wait 45min for a table. We often inquired about locations on the boat or general facts about the boat 1) The staff seemed very short with most people and often cut you off before you're done. Maybe they've been asked teh same question a 1000 times but not by me. We decided to go see a show 1) Get ready to PAY for onboard shows. $35 - $100 2) Don't do the Cirque show, you can't see the enitire show unless you buy the $100 tickets. 3) We went to the dueling pianos and had an amazing time. THAT was our saving grace. We wanted to get off the boat in Florence but the local port authority charged $5 euro to take you to town. We went back on the boat to get Euro's but find that the boat only provided US dollars but you can reserve trasnportation with the boat to town for triple the cost ($16) or they will drop you off in Florance take you back to the boat for $100 per person. We didn't go into Florence :-( We then decided to purchase something from the on board store. 1) Although they only provide US dollars you pay 21% take in all their stores. Doing your own laundry 1) Does not exist, they do not have a laundry department but a pair of socks (no joke) is $3 We chose not to take an excursion 1)The cost of the excursions were 30% - 40% higher than I've ever seen on any boat. Would you like to stay out late one night? 1) 99% of the boat shuts down at midnight. If you don't like gambling or and irish bar, then go to bed. Don't order room service 1) You're charge $8 service charge for room service no matter what you order AND yo're charged 18% more for gratuity. YES, they charge you gratuity on the service charge. Do you prefer Coke over Pepsi? 1) Forget it Only Pepsi aboard Where's the midnight buffet? 1) Does not exist I could go on but you get the idea but you still ask, how could this be the 1# rated ship for honeymooners? It's the ports you visit NOT THE SHIP. My only advise would be to spend money on nice meals on the boat and spend even more money enjoying Europe off the boat. Don't purchase excursions from the ship, they are 75% less of the boat and you're very safe to travel in groups. We used the ship as an expensive place to sleep, walked off the boat only owing them $300 (We normally own $1000 - $1500). the ports are amazing and we really enjoyed ourselves. We hope this helps Brian and Michelle Read Less

I chose this ship because it was the epic, i have gone on smaller boats the most recent pearl and loved it. I wanted to try a larger ship to see if it had more on board to keep me occupied at days at sea. The boat was clean for the most part easy enough to navigate, to get to areas like the gym you did have to access though room halls. Dining reviews: The garden cafe was always clean same food everyday, the "buffet nights" were pretty much a joke, seafood night was, shrimp, oysters, and a salmon bake, along with the always there pizza, and burgers. we did go to the crepe bar with two crepe stations that were usually empty and now i know why, the crepe batter is good, but they use just pile filling, which was thick and gross and I had to scrape most of it out. Just another short cut for them.{{{ We went for valentines day to La Cusina the Italian restaurant. We made a reservation about 2 months in advance for 8 pm. we got a call early in the week asking us to change reservations and they would give us wine because they had overbooked. We declined because we wanted to eat there on valentines day. The only time we saw the restaurant manager was when he apologized for us waiting and then he disappeared. when we arrived at 8 the line was about 15 people long, we were seated at 8:30, received bread at 9pm, and occasionally got our water glasses filled every 15-20 minutes. Not off to a good start. we were looking around the room and noticed a person who was seated before us, wearing cutoffs and a tied dyed tee shirt, there were quite a few people in tee shirts and jeans and it made the whole restaurant experience feel cheap. Apparently the dress code is never enforced even when there are people on time and waiting for seats. at 930 our appetizers arrived. Dead cold. we sent them back and in about 15 minutes new ones came out, I got a Spinach and butter pasta dish, the pasta was great the sauce was warm, and the Spinach was actually a whole bunch of basil. I just ate around it. The server came and asked if we wanted anything from the bar, I said we should at least get a free glass of wine because of this service but no we didn't get anything. I was seated so I could see the two chefs who were restocking the desserts, desserts that were in no short supply, and for about a hour and a half they were both there, sitting talking to each other, they didn't help the servers or help fill water or go into the kitchen to help the other chefs, perhaps not in their job description so they didn't care. This point the restaurant is only 1/6th filled. at 10 our main courses arrived I ordered a Filet Mignon, It tasted like hamburger beef. I don't know how they made it taste so bad but they did. I ate as most as I could, and my husbands pasta he described as okay. not great. My husband ordered many more courses and than I and since I didn't want to finish dinner at midnight I just told them to send them all out. at this point, when we got our food we were angry tired and disappointed that the only time in 10 years we have gone out for valentines day was a disaster. We didn't stay for desert we wanted to leave, I got up and walked off turned around to fine my husband gone, and said that the server took his card to be charged, and I said charged? like hell we are paying for this meal. (we had a meal package) when the hostess saw us fighting she came over and was completely confused any of this happened, and unhelpful. He signed the bill left no tip and we left. Later he filled out a complaint at guest services got his prepaid tip back and the value of the meal. it was the least they could do.}}} We went to the Speigal Tent for the next night the performance was amazing, (I love circ) I will say, no where did it say that it was not all that child friendly, you expect the belly dancers and ect, but at the end of the performance and shirtless man, writhed in a bath tub washing his chest and squeezing water all over himself, there is no way that it could be perceived as anything other than being erotic.I found most of the entertainment on board crossed the family friendly line, not a good cruise for kids if you want to take them to any shows. The menu was preset and the steak very good! I was kinda in shock that so far this was the best food we had, however we had the biggest problem with our food there. In the appetizer, the lettuce wrapped with a cucumber peel was not washed. and I don't mean not washed well, the entire thing was all grit and dirt, so much so I had to spit it out and wash my mouth out with water. BASIC FOOD SAFETY YOU WASH THE PRODUCE! if they didn't bother doing this, who knows how terrible kitchen standards are.}}} I did however had a great experience at the Cagney steakhouse or should I say the quality we expect for a premium restaurant, so much so I almost cried on the waitress. Steak was great, sides were good, dessert was good, and Delores our waitress asked if we had a show to go to to make sure we could leave in time. it was the best meal we had. Our friends when to the Brazilian steakhouse and described it as "so salty there was never enough water" }}} Now for the entertainment, the good stuff. The comics were great, Mike was the best on board, how ever the warm up Ryan i believe, Alaskan white guy, his comedy crossed the family friendly line the most, even if they don't have it listed as adult comedy, if your kids are older you may not want them hearing some of this stuff. (ex, sex and prostate exams) We went to burn the floor, it was a combination of all dances from the past and now, wonderful dancers costumes and the singers were amazing. however crossed the line again. I know dancers should have sexy costumes and i would deem most of them what I expected for a dancer, I don't care how small or revealing it is, its a dance costume. But at about the middle of the show, the female dancers came out in school girl costumes. the kind they sell for Halloween. now this was a little irksome. but hey it was a dance between school boys and girls so I will roll with it. Until the boys took off the girls tops and some of them danced in their bras. obviously it was a very um Latin dance. (you get it) Not something I want my daughter to see. I don't understand how school girl strip tease made in on a NCL program. It seems like a no brainier to keep it family friendly. }}}} The ports St Thomas, We went to magens beach, it was nice no rough seas voted on of the most beautiful beaches, it is but the water isn't crystal clear which is sort of what i was hoping for, no snorkeling spots here. You can pay the NCL fee or you can pay $5 per person for the park and $8 per person each way via taxi. Much cheaper. Tortola. we went to the baths, it was terrifying. there were 200 in our group alone and there was another cruise ship there, they don't tell you when you actually go through the caves you will have to climb up and down ladders go through very narrow and low rocks and have to carry all your stuff to the beach if you don't go down the easy path. (which we didn't see or know about) there were a lot of bigger and older people who could not make it and had to turn around. YOU WILL HAVE TO CRAW AT SOME POINTS. the woman in front of me had a panic attack because she was claustrophobic, and since we were crammed in it took a while to get her out. Since there was another tour group we were constantly slammed with other people trying to make it out. there apparently was a one way path and i believe they were back tracking since our group was following arrows. the beach was very small there were people less than a foot from our stuff. waves were very rough, once you got out the snorkeling was okay. Would I recommend it? NO WAY. We were most looking forward to great stirrup cay, we had been their before and loved the lagoon. too bad it was closed for turning it into more cabanas and building a bar on top. i loved to float in the nice warm water and that was gone. It really made the island special, and now it looks like just another over designed cabana resort. we did have a photo shoot there with Olga from perspective studios, a lot of the photos came out well considering how bright it was we ended up having a lot of fun thanks to her and it really made the trip better. we did purchase a photo package. now the biggest thing that really pissed me off. I entered the ms biceps competition. before i entered i made sure that it was not going to be of any sexual type of contest. Mr sexy legs i saw earlier that week and it was basically a lap dance competition. I asked the MC running it, a man, if it would be anything like MR. sexy legs, or if there was any sexy dancing involved he told me no that it was not anything like mr sexy legs. that it was completely different. HIS EXACT WORDS. I said okay if its no sexy dancing or anything I will do it. I ended up being first, and the woman who i believe was assistant cruise directer showed how to do it by walking up and striking poses, she jokingly (or maybe not) started to remove her belt, the MC was like no no don't do that. i was first in line and as soon as I get up the MC shouts that i have to dance for each male judge. EXCUSE ME WHAT. I tried to be a good sport but I was so shocked i sort of just walked around posed and left. He did that to ever single woman. the woman behind me in her 50's was so upset. Some women danced some didn't, one woman did a strip tease with her dress and that was totally up to her. what she wants to do is her choice. after all the dancing (main activity) and the 3 poses we all lined up and then were asked to dance again at this point im staring at my husband just waving completely uncomfortable.(i did not dance) they chose the three best by round of applause and chose from those three best bikini best dancer and ms biceps. now i saw the judges that had the signs and I thought they were like throw away prizes like "good effort" ect. and yes this was a complete beauty and dance contest (which i would have been fine with if they had told me straight up so i wouldn't have joined.) after it was over i pulled aside the guy i spoke to and chewed him out. It was degrading and sexist, and he said he didn't remember saying anything to me before the contest. seriously? am i being a sore loser, no I'm not, the woman who won had very nice biceps and she participated more than i did and looked like she had fun. she totally deserved it. but I am mad I was lied to. I asked him straight up if there would be dancing and he lied. after that I was so pissed i grabbed my stuff and left. he followed me to a elevator and tried to give me a tee shirt. THIS IS NOT about a tee shirt this is about intentionally lying to someone and put them in a position to make them completely uncomfortable. I filled a complaint form with the cruise directer but i never heard back. Not surprising. Will I ever go back to NCL, No I will not. Read Less

I'll preface this review by saying that I have been on Disney, Royal Caribbean, Holland America, MSC and Carnival cruises before and while they all may have had a few issues they were all great cruises and I was never excited to get off the ship and go home. However, this trip basically defied any knowledge I thought I had about cruising and I was so excited when my feet hit land at Port Canaveral so I could just get off this ship. From start to end, this cruise was sub-par to say the least. Upon arrival there are no signs telling you were to go (from the parking garage) so when I asked a traffic attendant if I need to walk to the other end of the terminal to find a bag porter, he laughed at me and told me I was funny and that was a great question (clearly being sarcastic) but I have never sailed NCL so I didn't know if things work differently. After giving my bags to the porters and going inside chaotic terminal we found our way to the gangway, from the looks of it you could step onto the ship to left or the right so I asked which way I was supposed to go and the crew stared at me and shrugged their shoulders. We found our way to an open door and I tripped over the lip and fell face first on the ground. The two crew members stared at me on the floor and said oh yea watch out for that and went on with their conversation. Because no one ushered us in I had no idea where to go so I asked a crew member inside and she stared at me like I had 7 heads, she didn't speak English so she had no idea what I was saying (which would end up becoming a recurring theme of this cruise) and asked someone else standing by. They told me to just go to my room, when I asked if they were ready they said they didn't know. It was pure chaos and it was really dark inside so I was already feeling discombobulated. I'm not sure what I was expecting but on Disney they literally announce your arrival and Royal Caribbean welcomes you and directs you were to go immediately to avoid confusion. Clearly not happening here. Throughout the cruise the service was the worst I'd ever experienced on a cruise ship. People barely spoke English, so conversations were out of the question. Although, they didn't seem to care enough to have a conversation anyways. I asked a member at guest services for directions and she didn't speak enough English to help me find my way. I have never experienced such a severe language barrier on a cruise ship! Traveling to another country, sure but on a cruise ship?? The Superbowl aired while we were on the ship and were assured it would be shown throughout the ship. We were really excited to watch the superbowl on the Atrium screen (an awesomely gigantic two story screen) but were insanely disappointed by the fact that other than the 20 or so chairs that are already there for the atrium cafe, there was no extra seating... Not one extra chair, or bench or anything. People were resorting to sitting on the floor. We went out to the H20 pool deck and were quite annoyed that people were using shoes and bags to hold chairs. We went back to the Waves bar and again, not one extra seat. To add on to that, they had already strapped up the lounge chairs. Clearly poor planning. Because almost everyone has the ultimate beverage package the amount of excessively drunken people on board is astounding. I mean sloppy-college-rager-drunken-party kind of hammered. I'm only 26 and we definitely had too much to drink the first night (because they basically feed it to you during embarkation) but it was borderline alcoholism. People passed out over lounge chairs at the pool and even throwing up. I didn't notice a lot of kids on board and maybe that's why, I would never take my child on a cruise with an overwhelming amount of drunks. Possibly one of the worst parts of this ship, besides the abysmal service and terrible food, is that basically the entire ship smells like an ashtray. I'm not even sure where the smoking and non-smoking parts of the ship are because it just all smells like smoke. We got off the boat and immediately washed everything, its Monday and some of our stuff still smells like smoke. Several times we were forced off the balcony in our room because someone was smoking and it was blowing into our faces. This ship is huge, one of the bigger ships I've ever been on. Having been on the Allure of the Seas and the Anthem of the Seas I didn't expect to feel much movement or really even notice half the time that I was on the ocean. That was such a mistake. I felt every single wave, big or small, we hit. I have never had motion sickness as we own a boat and go out all the time. I have lived at the beach my entire life so I'm extremely comfortable with the ocean but it's Monday, I got off the ship Saturday and I STILL have sea legs. Its awful. We didn't even hit bad weather and the swells were never bigger than 4 feet yet the ship moved like a little dingy in a hurricane. We attempted to eat in La Cucina (specialty restaurant in the very front of the boat) one night but my husband, an experienced boater, had to get up and go back to the room to avoid getting motion sickness because the movement was that bad. This particular cruise is a "Freestyle" cruise. I'm still not even sure what that actually means. Chaotic? Unorganized? No Dress Code? Yes, yes and yes. I called to ask about the dress code for the specialty restaurants and was told there was no dress code. Yet when we arrived to eat at Le Bistro (the french themed specialty restaurant) the hostess rudely told my husband, who was wearing a Brooks Brothers button up shirt and dress khakis, that he would not be allowed in because pants were required. This would have been fine had I not called ahead of time to ask about the dress code. Even though I was beyond fuming my husband politely went upstairs to change while I was seated and to my disgust I found tables of people wearing flip flops, jeans and t-shirts. At that point since no one had come to our table for 10 minutes I should have just left because there wasn't enough wine in the world that would have calmed my eye rolling and temper. The shore excursion process is ridiculous. They quite literally have everyone pile into one theater only to immediately direct them outside and fen for themselves. Usually you check in, get a sticker or some kind of tag and follow someone out of the gangway to your respective excursion leaders. Nope, not here. No crew members knew where any line for any excursion was. It was just inexcusable. I pre-paid gratuities as I have with almost every cruise I've been on because I've never had an issue and I seriously regret that, not one single server or crew member deserved it. On our entire cruise the only crew that we truly enjoyed and truly deserve our gratuities were the wonderful people in the Park West Art Gallery, particularly Simba, Katie and Gabriella. We took a chance, having never been to an art auction but that was the one experience we actually enjoyed on this cruise. They were absolutely wonderful, they were friendly, they bothered to ask our names and know why we were on this cruise and what we were celebrating. It was a welcomed experience. We were celebrating our anniversary but we were also celebrating overcoming some serious issues this past year and reaching incredible milestones. Thankfully, my husband and I are easy going and we still had fun, mainly when we were not "trapped" on this unbelievably bad ship, but fun nonetheless. After talking with several other cruisers, some of whom have cruised with NCL before, they were just as displeased if not more. One couple even informed us that this was their 3rd NCL cruise but this was the worst cruise they had ever been on. They told us that other ships and crews were much, much better than this ship This is without a doubt the worst cruise I've ever been on. When I pay thousands of dollars I have a standard of service I expect and this cruise, in no way shape or form met that standard. From the many people I've already expressed this discontent with, it seems to be just this ship and I truly hope so. This ship, the crew, the service, the food- everything is an embarrassment to the NCL reputation. As I said, this was our first NCL cruise and will unfortunately probably be our last because I don't feel like chancing thousands of dollars just be disappointed. I have never regretted spending $3000 in my life until now, I feel like I was swindled out of my money and given crap in exchange. I definitely expressed concern to the appropriate outlets at NCL but I seriously doubt they will even respond. Overall, we'll stick with any other cruise line over NCL, the Epic was that bad.
