This was my first cruise on Norwegian. I expected a great experience but what we got was not that. First let me say that our room steward was wonderful. Long lines at all bar locations, not enough wait staff on deck causing long lines for beverages which reduced the value of the beverage package. This ship always seemed very crowded. The embarkation was very disorganized.Since we sailed out of NYC it was Cold and then cool for several days. I chose this cruise because we have never cruised with Norwegian and the ship is new. VERY poorly laid out. You have to make reservations for basically everything.
