It was a spur of the moment trip and we had the best time. Weather was beautiful, food was great, wait staff was excellent and friends were fun! The staff on board will exceed your expectations and wow you for every second you are aboard.
We were concerned when we booked. Getting help from NCL over the phone was painful. We had help with an outside travel agent who really did the heavy lifting on planning this trip...unfortunately after we booked directly with Norwegian.

Staff, food & drink, ship, entertainment, excursions, all fabulous. One of my best vacas ever.
Staff couldn't be friendlier or do enough for you. Hot food was hot and cold food was cold----and all delicious ! Us - we're experienced cruisers and platinum plus NCL.
The not so good
Embarkation - Boston does not have priority boarding for platinum and above. We asked multiple people, all said the same thing. "We don't do that here". NCL needs to be consistent, either have or not at every port.
Food - worst food we ever had on an NCL ship, across the board.

We chose this cruise because it's leaves from our home town Boston. The staff was really friendly & nice except Photography. all the pictures they took was not good at all. One of the best cruises I’ve been on I will definitely take this cruise line again to Bermuda. Great beaches, shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed lunch at bone fish and visited Tobacco Bay Beach and Bar.

Overall, my experience on this ship was fantastic. I like the smaller NCL ship, as it is not nearly as crowded as the larger NCL ships. The staff is friendly and on top of their game.
The biggest drawback on this ship is the lack of quality entertainment options of the larger ships such as the Epic and Getaway. With this said, don't miss the Elements performance in the Stardust Theater. ...
