We have cruised three times. Recently our family of 20 cruised Boston to Bermuda on the ship named Dawn. We were advised by many friends to not take this cruise. That we would be well served to drive to NY and take the alternative options. The logistics of geting 20 people to NY timely was too difficult. This was a fatal mistake.

This was our first and last cruise with NCL. The food was terrible. The buffet food was hardly edible. Food at the main dining rooms like Venetian and Aqua were tolerable but had no taste. Because I was getting married in Bermuda. Was easiest option. Norwegian couldn’t even get me a cake for after the ceremony. Food was average at best. No more lobster. We just completed the Boston to Bermuda cruise (10/20 - 10/27) on the NCL Dawn and I was never so happy to be home. NCL is its worst enemy. The corporation makes terrible decisions and expects the crew to take the heat.
The new latitude program is a perfect example. The loyalty was paid off by taking our earned rewards away. Latitude members no longer can get mushrooms or onions on their steak at cagneys. Why.....because corporate NCL decided this should be cut.
